The close proximity to the port, the convenience of the locality, the cafe next door and the help and assistance given by the owner. We would stay here again without any reservations. |

The close proximity to the train and bus station. The bed was old and sunk in in the middle, I felt very uncomfortable sleeping in it. There was a dirty cup on my bed when I checked-in... and the bathroom was smelly. |

It was very convenient for the station and eating out. With in walking distance of the ferry terminal too. Owner extremely pleasant and helpful. Bedroom modest but more than sufficient. Clean and presentable. Lack of parking. |

Adequate quality, convenient position. All the signs outside the hotel call it Hotel Parisien. All the information I received in advance called it Grand Hotel Parisien. This is confusing. |

The staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful. It was in a great location. The rooms were bright and airy, and the balcony overlooked the busy streets below, and you could even sea boats in the dock! If we stay in Le Havre again, we will definately stay here again! |

It was near to railway station which made is quite easy to locate when I reached Lu Havre in the rainy night. |

I was only staying one night, and then moving to the Novotel. I was there for a conference/workshop with other Le Havre hoteliers!!!!! Price was my main consideration - a mistake.Shower had black mold. No light at all in the bathroom. Curtains were net - fully see-through. Unable to close out sunlight, and very bright at 0630am. Lift U/S for over a month. 64 stairs to my room, (+ 64 down!) - 4th floor. No help with luggage three trips - 400 stairs! (I'm in my 60's) Checked in early with agreement - hotel half empty. Unimpressed!! |

The administrator of the hotel had spoken enlgish very fluently. The first impression was bad, because the hotel looked horrible outside. |

Very friendly and helpful reception and staff. We left early because the elevator was out of service for maintenance, for just a few days; we did not know that was the case before we went there. Except for that, all was fine. |
