The location The value for money People are really nice
Clean, comfy bed, good shower and polite staff. All I require when on business trip
We stayed for 4 nights at the end of September,we found the Hotel to be very clean and great value for money, big bedroom and big bathroom. Plenty of hanging space for our clothes. The surrounding area is very busy as it is a transport hub, with the Train Station,Bus Station and Tram stops right outside but if you see this as an advantage for your travels, then this far outweighs the noise and hustle and bustle. We took advantage of the Trains and the Trams, and to get around was a lot easier than we anticipated. Overall an ideal place for our short break, and we would recommend this Hotel, helpful and friendly Staff, good local amenities, everything you will need.
Nothing, was perfect for our short stay.
1. In Front of SNCF Station. 2. ATM just beside the hotel door.
1. The Reception Staff is aggressive. 2. The payment is in advance. 3. No adaptor for the plug. 4. No Boiler. 5. No AC in the hotel. 6. The Internet is very very very Poor and difficult to connect on it. 7. The water in the bathroom is going outside to the room. 8. The bathroom is so small. 9. The room is so noisy. You can hear all what is going on on the other rooms.
I booked it simply to be opposite the railway station. For this it was good and the room was immaculate but the single beds were too narrow. It was very hot but as this is a poorly built modern building, the whole fabric of the building holds the heat.
It was very noisy and a lot of street noise audible until 2 a.m. if you have the window open which you have to in the summer heat.
Good value for money. Windows equipped with shutters.
Location some half an hour walk from city center, right across railway station, got woken up by constant screaming outside.
The stuff was excellent: very helpful and welcoming, some spoke good english. The stuff kept the room as clean as possible, sheets and towels were flawless.
The smell in the room: probably carpet. The room was a little shabby: some paint fell off, the sink was chipped.
Good location in city central with reasnable price.
3 single room was changed into one single room and one apartment type room with 2 bed rooms.
nothing at all!!!
absence of heating broken toilet old room no wifi no telephone dirty blankets
good location, lift to all the floors, nice large room.
no hangers in wardrobe, shower door stiff to open and close, loo not fixed to the floor.
