IInter Hotel Grand Hotel Saint-Pierre is ideally located in the centre of town, overlooking the beautiful countryside. It offers a peaceful setting, just minutes from the station and airport. A newly decorated breakfast room treats guests to a buffet each morning. Brasserie Flo, our partner restaurant, offers traditional cuisine for lunch or dinner, in a historical setting. Rooms are quiet and comfortable with satellite TV, telephone and private bathroom with hair dryer. The location in the centre of Aurillac at the foot of the Cantaliennes mountains is ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside as well as the town. A private garage is available for guests. The restaurant with carved wooden walls, excellent decoration, good value meals and very good service The mattress on the bed was quite hard. The light in the vestibule for our room didn't work. Sometimes the toilet kept flushing water several minutes after use until you pushed the button down a second time

Le sauna et la piscine ouvert jusqu'à 21h/21h30. Personnel sympa et agréable. Parking gratuit en face de l'hotel gratuit de 19h à 8h et parking privé fermé payant (8€). literie à revoir, car douleurs aux lombaires pour ma femme et moi. Et aprés avoir changé de lit, les douleurs ont persisté. Certaines chaines (tf1,m6,nt1 et direct 8) ne sont pas accesibles à cause de probléme de réception probléme qui a n'a pas été résolu avec le changement de chambre. En revanche canal+,canal cinéma et pour les amateurs avertis une chaine adulte.

La disponibilité et l'accueil des personnes de l'accueil. Il faudrait penser à insonoriser les chambres de l'hôtel. Demander aux femmes de ménage d'être un peu plus discrètes le matin, elles parlent fort dès 8h30. Nous étions partis pour nous reposer ça n'a pas été le cas.

Afslappet atsmosfære. Udmærket morgenbuffet. Dejligt stort badeværelse. Rengøring daglig incl. Rent linned. Meget behjælpelig natportier, da vi ankom kl.01. Om natten. Svært at begå sig på andet sprog end fransk. Der burde indføres et minimum af engelsk-ordforråd hos personalet. Til gavn for gæsten, hotellet og de ansatte. På den måde kunne man skille sig ud fra andre hoteller. Menukortet burde forefindes på engelsk.

La salle de restaurant.C'est à peu près tout... Le service du restaurant: plus d'une heure pour 1 entrée, 1 plat et 1 dessert un mercredi soir avec 2 serveurs pour 4 clients... !!! Insonorisation insuffisante. Et déco inexistante!

La piscine et son sauna, très agréables en hiver. La brasserie pour son décor et le réveillon de la Saint-Sylvestre Le chauffage insuffisant ! Programmé pour démarrer tardivement (19 h), la chambre était mal chauffée en début de soirée. En outre, pour le 31 décembre, malgrè des demandes répétées à la réception, les radiateurs n'ont commencé à chauffer que l'année suivante ... La direction semble rechercher les économies. Nous avons renoncé à prolonger notre séjour pour cette raison. Autre manquement, la lampe de chevet défectueuse dès le premier soir n'a pas été réparée au bout de 3 jour malgré des rappels à la réception.
