We liked the fact that there was a shopping mall close by to spend a few hours at, it was close to the airport, clean, com fee bed..

Perfect service with the shuttle buss to and from the hotel during our stay. Just ring and they're coming to get you on the airport or the train station, all day long! This made our stay in Paris so easy and comfortable!! It doesn't look much from te outside bur the rooms and the people make it fantastic. Much better then many other expensiv hotels. It was easy (less then 1 hour)to come to Disney world, Parc Asterix and Paris (max 30 min) by train. Take a pass navigo for one week and you can hopp on and off busses, train and metro.

Only French tv. But we didn't had many time to look at the tv at all, so we didn't miss it :)

location is very good, near the Orly Airport. The staff are very helpful. Their bus shuttle is very convenient. Even in the very early morning, it is available.

Clean, lots cheaper than similar hotels in Paris, good connections to public transport - free navette service to nearest RER station and airport, Wi-Fi in room price.

Very functional and a great airport stop-over.

Ideal overnight location for trips involving Orly Airport. You can reach it from central Paris by taking the bus to Orly West, then calling the hotel for the free shuttle. The bus to Orly West runs from Arc de Triomphe (Av. Carnot) for 12 euros, or Invalides, or (if memory serves) Montparnasse. The hotel is only about 12 minutes from Orly West. Breakfast offers a good selection of fare at 8 euros.

Better described as a motel than an hotel, it is in a commercial location with a forecourt choc-a-bloc with cars, and trucks parked all along the street. Nevertheless, it is pretty quiet at night. Unless you have a car, you'd need to take a local bus to go anywhere, but the restaurant right next door serves a good buffet for 12.80 (including a hot plate) or you can get a fresh sandwich and coffee from the garage on the other side.

Friendly helpful staff. Great help with planning my route on the metro. Pickup and drop off shuttle was very good. They went the extra mile to help me. Room was simple but clean.

Location seemed a bit isolated. If they didn't have a shuttle I don't think you'd have any alternative transportation.

The receptionist was very very helpful and friendly. She assisted us in getting around Paris as well as was very polite. It was essentially because of her that our stay at this hotel was amazing. The hotel itself it well located and they provide a free pick up and drop to the airport as well as the tube station. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would love to stay there again.

Staff at the reception desk flawless - helpful and attentive (speaks English, which is not so common in France). I was there on a business trip, but if you're looking for a cheap, non-extravagant and cosy place to stay, you don't have to look further. The hotel offers shuttle (bus) service to/from Orly airport and to the nearest Railway station (5 min.), with trains taking you directly to Paris (lines change from ground to sub in city center). An excellent base for tourists who want to see Paris cheap rather than bathe in luxury of some of the most expensive hotels in the city.

There is really nothing I had against the hotel itself. The surroundings aren't too interesting, but it doestn't matter since you want to see Paris, not Orly.

It's perfect for who wants to wait for your flight connection, because they offer a free shuttle from the OrlyAirport-hotel and hotel- OrlyAirport.

Kind staff, English spoken, the excellent shuttle service (unless you are waiting for them to pick you up at the "Departures" instead of "Arrivals" as I did :) ), early breakfast from 4am available, although a bit pricy a decent variety of choice. Free WIFI, Shopping center a 10min stroll away, easy to find. Quiet, cosy small hotel, provided everything I needed.

the surroundings when you exit the hotel premisses and go on the road. you just need to "not see it". it is obvious that a lot of truckers park alongside the road as it is an industrial zone, a lot of garbage in the grass alongside road.. But this is not the hotel's fault rather the municipality's. The hotel is clean though!

The receptionist was extremely kind, some girl from Morocco. She was very helpful and sent me the shuttle immediately after I called, then gave me many suggestions for the next day plan. Wonderful girl. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was supposed to take the shuttle at 9am since I had an important appointment, the shuttle was more than one hour late because of a "congestion on the highway". The morning receptionist, contrary to her predecessor, was quite mute and didn't even care to tell us the reason for which that "congestion" occurred, people had imminent flights to catch, it was terrible!

The hotel provides a shuttle to the train station from where there's a direct train to the Paris centre. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The parking is large and convenient.

If you don't drive with a car, the location is not very convenient regarding the public transport.

The service is terrible ! specially the shuttle to the airport! The room was average and the infrastructure was old and had a weird smell. I went to Paris for business and that was going smoothly until I arrived to the hotel! El hotel es una porqueria, en especial el servicio de bus que te lleva del aeropuerto al hotel. Las habitaciones no son la gran cosa, pero por el precio no valen la pena! L'hôtel est très mauvais, spécialement le service de bus qui t'emporte de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Les chambres ne sont pas la grande chose, mais par le prix ils(elles) ne valent pas la peine!

Close to Paris-Orly Airport, friendly staff, free airport shuttle, calm, clean. I definitely recommend it!
