It was central to the everything, tourist sights, shops, psrks etc. I was disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

The decor was nice and modern, lovely deep pile carpet in the rooms and nice comfy beds. Quiet street but really close to everything. Staff were very informative about local attractions like the Hangar des bananes, Machines de'lile etc. which we would not have found on our own. Nothing really, It was of a much better standard than most french hotels we have stayed in the same price bracket. |

For a reasoably priced room (2 people in a double for 90 euro) we felt the standary of accommodation was excellent. This is just the type of old hotel we love, with pleaty of character and charm and which is clean and welcoming. It is also very centrally situated for transport, restaurants and shops etc. Wechighly recommend it. We did not eat there and cannot therfore comment on the breakfast. |

Very good location. Friendly staff members. Poor communication. The room that we checked in is still being decorated. Very stong paint smell. We came back one afternoon to find the room wide open and the workmen were still working on the door handle. We would be more understanding if we were informed of the situation during the check-in. |

The location of the hotel in the city centre was very good and the breakfast was excellent ! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the hotel The hotel information said that the room had a balcony. In fact the balcony was a French window - and the "balcony" was 10cm wide... :-) |

Staff were freindly and helpful and spoke good English. We were recommended a couple of very reasonably priced good quality restaurants and the tables were booked for us too. Would stay again. |

Very convenient location for transport and for the city sights. Your website gave the option of twin or double room for the same price. I specified a twin room. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that only a double room was available and that in any case a twin room would cost 15 euros more. In the end, after some argument, the receptionist moved us to a small twin room for the second night at no extra cost. It was a disappointing experience. |

the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but not good value. The hotel was fairly central but unfortunately up quite a steep hill. The shower had no curtain and of no use. Also the lift only goes up to 4th floor and you have to walk upstairs(with luggage) to the 5th floor if that is where your room is. |
