We had to face a major issue 2 hrs prior to our arrival to the Gray despite the fact that 1 day before my P.A (who was in Cannes)organized + finalized my room + dinner/ lunch confirmations with the hotel clerk. Surprisingly we were contacted 2 hours before checking in as we were at CDG airport telling me that i do not have rooms @ Gray D'albion anymore coz their clients decided to extend their stay in the hotel & they relocated us in a hotel very far from the croisette !!!! Despite the fact that I paid in advance all my due payments !! Bottom line after a lot of stress & interference of key management pple they accepted to give us back our rooms yet did not do any compensation for the bad situation they have put us through!! |

The location is perfect, the room are spacious,clean and good design. It the grand hotel with many rooms, so we have to wait for lift about 5 minutes every time. |

The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well designed with a lot of thought given to the needs of the guest. The restaurant is particularly good with excellent food and attentive staff. |

The Concierge were extremely helpful as i know very little french they were very understanding and most of them spoke english. The Front desk staff were very friendly and polite aswell. All staff made me feel really welcome. I paid extra for the room to not be a standard room so i though it would have a view bit it looked straight at another building. |

The recently refurbished executive rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were very welcomming and attentive.We didn't try the restaurant, however the hotel is perfectly positioned for all the restaurants and shops of Cannes |

Perfect location in the middle of everything...nearset hotel to cannes old town with it's perfect restaurants and second hotel on the croissettes after majestic[20 steps from the croissettes]very helpful and smilling stuff and perfect renovated rooms. |

Felt like a luxury London hotel by the sea. The reception staff were very helpful, in contrast to reviews we had read. It was my birthday during our stay and we were upgraded, was given a little gift with note and on checking out was asked if I enjoyed my birthday. the little touches meant a lot |

La qualité du service pour des demandes particulières L'accueil. Une réception au 1er étage par escalier. Personne pour vous descendre les bagages lorsque vous quittez l'hotel et que vous devez porter vos bagages dans l'escalier. Pour un 4 * c'est regrettable. La fuite au lavabo de la salle de bain, un encadrement de porte fenètre arraché... |

La situation au coeur de la ville de cannes et le design très réussi de la salle de bains Un seul problème. Concernant le couchage; comment peut-on mettre sur le lit une énorme couette sans aucun drap comme en montagne alors que nous sommes au coeur de cannes réputé pour sa chaleur... Impossible de dormir la dessous. A revoir d'urgence. |

La posizione, la camera, il bagno e il letto molto comodo e grande La mancanza di una convenzione con un parcheggio. Il costo della prima colazione elevato. Fortunatamente vicino ci sono ottimi locali per la prima colazione e parcheggi a costi ragionevoli. |

Ik was blij verrast om in het centrum van Cannes een redelijk grote kamer te vinden met een terras waar meer dan een stoel op kan staan. Het was er zeer prettig verblijven. Het is wat spijtig dat men moet betalen voor internettoegang in een dergelijk hotel. Bij het inchecken hadden we een schitterende bediening en ontvangst door de bediende maar bij het uitchecken was de bediende aan de balie correct maar zeker niet vriendelijk. Er werd ons ook niet gevraagd hoe we het tijdens ons verblijf in het hotel hebben gehad. |

Trotz Innenstadtlage ist das Hotel ruhig. Das Zimmerpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und stellt sich auf die individuellen Wünsche, wie Mittagsruhe etc. unkompliziert ein. Nach der Renovierung sind die Bäder leider etwas zu dunkel gehalten. Und für ältere Menschen wäre es vorteilhaft einen zusätzlichen Haltegriff zum Ein-und Ausstieg aus der Badewanne/ Dusche zu haben. |
