I like the location , room size and designand new forniture Dispit the hotel does not look new from out side , friendly staff and English speaking staff finally the best thing was the location Internet was not free Rooms were noisy hearing sounds either from street or inside the hotel

Location was close the convention center and centrally located to all other hotels in the area. We lost 410 Euros! The hotel charged us for one room that was booked two additional nights even though know one was staying there? The blamed it on Booking.com but we still do not understand and they demanded payment when we checked out?

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour. Le personnel était très avenant et pret à rendre service. Chambre calme qui pourtant donnait sur la rue. Une seule petite fausse note : l'odeur du parfum dans l'ascenseur.... il semblerait qu'il s'agit d'un parfum de rose mais à ranger dans la catégorie "Air Wick"..... vraiment dommage car le reste est presque parfait. Mais il faudrait peut etre quand meme solutionner ce probleme car c'est une des premières impressions que l'on a de l'hotel quand on monte dans la chambre à notre arrivée.

Good location, comfortable room No free wifi, the wifi price is outrageous, especially when cheaper hotels nearby offer free wifi. Maid would burst in to the room at 8 am, not waiting for a reply when she knocked. Very irritating and embarrassing.

The location of the hotel is excellent, so central to all amenities, The Croisette, le Palais du festival, Rue D'Antibes, the old town and the Port. The room was very comfortable with a super-king bed and was very clean and very well serviced everyday. It was good value for money for Cannes. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't have a pool. It would have been excellent if it had an outdoor pool.

La gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità del personale. Ottima posizione per la visita della città. Come ormai riscontro sempre più spesso negli hotel anche di mare il letto viene preparato con piumino e copripiumino. Il peso del piumino in combinazione con la temperatura esterna (a fine marzo c'erano 25 gradi) rende impossibile dormirci per il caldo, Togliendolo e restando con il solo copripiumino però fa freddo. Devo dire che lo staff è stato gentilissimo e mi ha preparato il letto con lenzuolo e copriletto leggero quando l'ho chiesto subito dopo la prima notte.

Bof... Palace assez classique. Il est vraiment très dommage, qu'à prix promotionnel, on soit "relégué dans des chambres sur la rue. Vous pourriez prévenir ! Aucune originalité, de celles qui font les vrais palaces. La tradition française se perd. Mais enfin, Cannes est une ville interlope depuis longtemps, il faut l'admettre...
