The central location near to all main attractions & the Croisette is excellent; making the hotel good value for money by Cannes standards!! Efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Bathroom looked a bit tired but believe will be refurbished soon. No stairs (except for emergency use). |

Size of room; position;facilities provided. Not able to use the stairs - locked unless there is a fire. Not everyone likes to use a lift. Minor repairs needed in bathroom. |

location the room was the cheapest, but i was unpleasantly surprised that only 10% of rooms were classic rooms, and 70% of rooms were superior rooms. I thought i was getting a normal room in the hotel, and ended up with the worst room overlooking a busy street with no bathrobes (for a 4*) |

central position This hotel makes its money by charging excessivly for any extras. Breakfast at 24 euros, use of the private beach (described as a small charge) is 17.5 euros, peanuts in the mini bar 9 euros for 100 gramms, anda small bottle of water 6 euros! I you enjoy waiting every time for an elevator, you will love this place. |
