Felt like a luxury London hotel by the sea. The reception staff were very helpful, in contrast to reviews we had read. It was my birthday during our stay and we were upgraded, was given a little gift with note and on checking out was asked if I enjoyed my birthday. the little touches meant a lot |

The central location near to all main attractions & the Croisette is excellent; making the hotel good value for money by Cannes standards!! Efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Bathroom looked a bit tired but believe will be refurbished soon. No stairs (except for emergency use). |

Size of room; position;facilities provided. Not able to use the stairs - locked unless there is a fire. Not everyone likes to use a lift. Minor repairs needed in bathroom. |

location the room was the cheapest, but i was unpleasantly surprised that only 10% of rooms were classic rooms, and 70% of rooms were superior rooms. I thought i was getting a normal room in the hotel, and ended up with the worst room overlooking a busy street with no bathrobes (for a 4*) |

ottima soluzione per qualità e ubicazione centrale, vicino alla spiaggia, alla città vecchia e ai negozi. Abbiamo rinunciato alla colazione per il prezzo: con 24 euro si cena. |

La ristrutturazione della camera molto bella e confortevole, la vicinanza a spiaggia negozi e ristoranti e il personale gentile e disponibile. Ho provato altri hotel a Cannes ma il Gray d'Albion è il migliore nella sua categoria nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. |

L'hotel molto elegante, le camere ampie e dotate di ogni comfort, e la vicinanza allo shopping e croisette. Nessun aspetto negativo, forse la mancanza di un'area relax come una spa. |
