3 metro in the front of the hotel; the Eiffel Tower is just 10-15 minutes by foot

poor breakfast, served in the basement, it is better to take a hot-dog in the front of the hotel; the location of the hotel is very noisy; the rooms are small; about the view: just the top of the Eiffel Tower can be seen from the rooms.

Great location at the La Motte Piquet/ Grennelle Metro station. Great little cafe on the corner; Monoprix just down the street; great restaurants all around for blocks. I would stay here again if I ever return to Paris. The value of the room in comparison to the location - it is fabulous. Take the On/Off bus for 2 days and see all the locations except Sacre Cour. That is a great way to get around the city.

Location is good as it's very close to Metro stop.

It should not be a 3-star hotel because the quality of the hotel doesn't show 3-star. The water will come out because there is no bathtub curtain. No hanger for the shower. The carpet is not cleaned well because I found the coin dropped by former stayer. The trash I put in the bin was not cleaned throughly. The room is noisy as I can hear the ring from the frontdesk of the hotel.

Excellent location, metro across the road, buses out front. Very helpful staff, and they could speak English. The hotel is a family run business, the people couldn't have been more helpful. They are beautiful people. Very clean!!!!

Perfect location next to Motte Picquet Metro on lines 8 and 10. Can be reached easily from CDG on RER to Saint Michel Notre Dame and then cross to Cluny La Sorbonne to reach hotel on line 10. McDonalds, Starbucks, Monoprix (dept store/groceries) all very close. Also lots of places to eat and drink including Asian food and a great crepe stand across the road. There is an open air market on Sunday morning. WIFI is free and room is airconditioned. Very clean. Good sized bathroom.

Staff were only mildy interested in helping. Sometimes wrong information. Would not let this put me off though - everything else good.

Location was very good. Just outside the Metro and close to a lot of nice streets for shopping. Area is full of cafes and bars etc and is lively till late

I think it had a good situation, close to the Metro and several nice restaurants close by, I could stay there again.

The view from the bedroom and bathroom windows of the Eiffel tower were amazing. Staff were helpful and friendly.

No shower curtains = slippery floor.

The location was very convenient, near the metro station. The price was also not high. The room was clean and equipped with air conditioner, refrigerator.

After check in we were directed to a double room that was cold because had windows open and the window viewed to a wall in front. We asked to change the room. Overall the hotel was not tidy, in the elevators and corridors there were left used towels and bed sheets from morning till next day.

Location - some rooms have a view of the Eiffel Tower (the top half only, from about 500m away), and the hotel is directly across the road from La Motte-Picquet Grenelle metro station. The Eiffel Tower is a 15 minute walk away. Good patissierie (a La Petite Chocolatiere) and bistros are handy, with a Monoprix, Starbucks and McDonalds close, as well as a good local weekend market located under the overhead Metro line.

Very deficient hot water system - intermittently boiling hot and freezing cold. No holder for the shower hose at head height, no shower curtain so the floor gets wet. Rooms need refurbishing - ugly, gloomy, aged decor. Bathroom fittings old and dingy.
