The location is excellent, so near all significant tourist attractions, the staff were helpful and wifi is free.

Location is best all places like Train Metro, Airport are very near very near to tourists attractions like Eiffel tower

The location is great, near to metro station that has three different lines pass through and therefore is easy to travel within the city. The internet connection is good. the staffs are kind and helpful.

The room is comparatively smaller than other rooms you may find with this price. Besides, it is impossible to see Tour Eiffel from the hotel, the sight is blocked.

The location was perfect, right in front of a Metro station and 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood was nice and there was a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room was ok too.

The bathroom didn't have a shower, only a bathtub, so If you would like to stand you would have to wet the entire bathroom. The staff was friendly but when we arrived they couldn't find our booking so we had too show them the booking confirmation on the cellphone and still they couldn't find it. After 10 minutes or so, they finally found it but during the entire time we had the feeling that they were suspicious about us. A terrible sensation since there was their mistake. Then, when we had to book a taxi the hotel didn't discuss about the price with us and we ended up fooled by the taxi driver with a 120 euros bill to pay. I suggest if someone book a taxi with them, to agree about the price first.

The guest room is in good size and clean. Free Wifi. Close to shops and restaurants.

They asked the room to be paid in full at check-in, which means you have to pay again at check out for any extras. I prefer all costs to be settled at check out. Black mold can be seen around the bath tub. They should treat it ASAP for the health of their guests. The room is a bit noisy as it is just steps away from the metro station. There is no water in minibar so had to go out to buy. The breakfast room is underground without much features. So I only had breakfast once there.

There was a issues with the service at the main desk. Very un pleasant and un helpful one day ,one Asian Person did not borrow a pen when kindly ask. Also Wi-Fi did not work at all, but my phone was working 200 ft in Mc Donald's for free.So ,my Iphone was good. Not recommending this hotel to anybody.

Convenient. Subway station is next to the hotel. Have plenty of cafe&restaurants nearby. 15Min walk to Eiffel Tower. The staff are friendly.

Rooms are small. Old fashioned. Carpet on the floor which I wouldn't prefer.

Location was excellent. Very convenient to tramway, buses, etc. Within half a block of excellent eating places. Eiffel tower within walking distance. Staff was very helpful.

Very nice location, great satff hotel. I have been staying at this hotel 12 days and everything was ok. They give me a beautiful room with Eiffel Tower wiew free of charge. I definitely recommend it , next time i will go back hier !

The location of the hotel is very good, 1 minute from the subway, 15 minutes on foot from the Eiffel Tower. I booked a double room with a view over the Eiffel tower. The room, although not very big, is very cozy, warm and clean. You can get an iron at the reception if you need to iron shirts. You can find someone at the reception 24/7 and they are very nice with you.

Breakfast begins only at 07:30 so if you work early in the morning you will never be able to eat at the hotel. Luckily it is possible to pay separately for it (11 euro/day). Some rooms are directed towards the subway so you can hear the escalator go on all night. If you are not used to sleeping with street noise in the background, that can be a nuisance.

Location is very good if you want to be close to UN facilities for business or even Eiffel Tower for touristic visits.

Hotel is just in front of a metro an train station. For this reason, there is a bit of noise at night.

Extremely friendly staff and beautiful view of the eiffel tower. Also right outside a metro station so perfect for getting around but surprisingly quiet.

Lift not working

Location. Comfortable bed. Nice staff.

No shower curtain in the bathroom; this was really not acceptable. Shower attachment broken. Some areas of the room very dusty - bathroom tile ledges, lamps by the bed. Lack of sockets for hair dryer etc.
