地点好，步行到铁塔及周边景观很近，到机场交通也方便。

WIFI不是很好

接待人员比较友善，而且能够很好的帮助处理问题。但客房清洁人员有些马虎，使住宿的楼里出现了异味，好在前- 台接待人员及时的给调换了房间，虽然麻烦了些，但能够接受。

the location near 3 metro lines, easy to find halal food, there is a thai restaurant and a sushi joint within walking distance. other eateries/cafes like starbucks, chocolaterie, cafes are nearby. pharmacy and optical shop beside the hotel makes it more convenient for travelers. Most important, i felt safe when I was in this area, the surrounding is lively and the roads and lanes are will lit when it gets dark.

pillows were flat and when we arrived there is a bit of a foul odor emanating from the bathroom sink. maybe the hotel should place a dehumidifier/fragrant balls in the bathroom to get rid of this smell.

Room was very neat and tidy. There was wonderful view of Eiffel Tower from the room.

We expected Shaving Razor and gel (use and throw type) and body lotion. We expected arrangement for Tea/Cofee in the room. Iron and ironing board are desirable in the room.

The size of room is good commpare w/ other hotel at same price. Very close to Metro station, just 1 min. Walk.

The furniture is quite old and not feel cleanliness.

It's location. It was right across from the M/train station. And only a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Lots of places to eat nearby and stores.

Our fridge did not work and would not close, when we arrived. And there was stuff in it. We told the front desk about it, but nothing was done during our stay. Parking was also further than what I expected. We had to walk several blocks with all of our luggage in tow.

15min walking distance to tour Eiffel, metro station just outside the hotel,good price considering other hotels in Paris

The smell in the bathroom,especially when the bathroom door didn't close and the fact that the frigo was pretty dirty

We really like and appreciate the "free WiFi" in the hotel and the "free internet access (pc)" provided at the lobby of the hotel. I would recoomend that at least two PCs should be made available (instead of just one unit so that guest will not have to wait for turns).

(1). We were not provided with shower/bath shampoo after the 2nd stay. Soap and shampoo should be provided daily without failure. (2). Most hotels that we booked provide electric kettle to boil water for complimentary tea/coffee but these (electric kettle with complimentary tea/coffee provided at Grenelle Paris Tour Eiffel ... (3). Grenelle hotel charges more than another hotel nearby (same 3-star hotel).

Location, we loved our room with the view at the Eiffel Tower. That was amazing !There was a mini fridge and the bathroom was really nice. Very happy with the stay.I will be back ! Metro is just 30 seconds away. Across the street .

The breakfast. It was a rip off ! Not wort the money.

- Perfect location, with the Eiffel tower really close. Also, the metro station is on the other side of the road. - The hotel personal was excellent and really helpful. I sent an email before going asking for indications and they answered really quick. Also in the hotel, they were very friendly.

- The breakfast. - The rooms are very old for a 3 stars hotel and for the price that I paid. No shampoo... - The fact that I asked for them to keep my luggage after the check-out, and when I came to get them they just told them that I could get the bags without any kind of security. I could have taken all the bags that I wanted....
