Great location, very close to the Metro Station and in heart of the City. Clean and well organised room and very friendly and helpfull staff. Nice boutique Hotel. Rooms are too small, there is no place to turn around and if you go as a couple it will be very tight.

Clean, very nice colors (really relaxing for the brain), friendly staff, close to the metro station and facing the police which was for me very securing at night... Rooms were very small for a superior twin room in a 4 star hotel, didn't know where to put the second bag!!!!!

Small friendly intimate boutique hotel makes you feel at home when travelling alone. Quite chic with lots of mod cons. Very small room with just enough space for one small suitcase which was fine for me but as a couple staying a little longer space very limited in both bedroom and bathroom.

Le Grey Hotel is in a great area - very close to 2 metro stations and only a short walk to numerous restaurants and Galeries Lafayette. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly (we asked for a quieter room and they very kindly obliged, giving us a room facing into the garden courtyard) and the free wifi worked perfectly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The safe was simple to use and, as a nice little touch, there was an ipod dock on the alarm so we could play music. Absolutely loved it! Nothing, it's a wonderful hotel!

Outstanding hotel with great decor, located close to both Liege & Place de Cliche metro stations. Easy to get everywhere in Paris - just get a Paris Pass from Viator.com & you will be able to see the majority of Paris highlights, use the Metro etc. quite cheaply. Just ensure you keep your wallet & valuables very secure when on the Metro - I had my wallet stolen from my back pocket & didn't notice until later! Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and fabulous service! Thoroughly recommend staying here. It was all so good, even being robbed on the Metro didn't take away from the experience.

Reception was friendly and obliging. Room was small - even dinky - but well appointed: good lighting, comfortable beds, adequate airconditioning. Bathroom also very small but well appointed. Our room faced an interior courtyard, which was very quiet. Soundproofing was adequate. Two choices of breakfast: grab and run or sit down "buffet". Normal tariffs on the expensive side but not extreme for this part of Paris; the offer on Booking.com made it better value. As so often with smaller or boutique hotels, this one seems to operate on a skelton staff. The receptionist doubles as barman, which can mean delays in both functions; in this case the 'barman' knew next to nothing about the job and even what stocks were available. When we asked for restaurant recommendations in the immediate area, the receptionist seemed a little clueless. The overall impression was that front of house staff, friendly and obliging as they were, needed more training. Being more on top of things would go sopme way to justifying the hotel prices.

Nice location, reasonable price (for Paris), good recently renovated facility. Too bad they don't have any fitness or relaxation facility. I didn't take breakfast as it's quite expensive and there's plenty of very good options nearby.

We wanted to stay somewhere else than the usual places we stay when we go to Paris. We wanted a boutique/design hotel but affordable. Le Grey was 110% all that! Located just in between Montmartre, Clichy and the area of Madeleine/Louvre. Underground station within 200m; parking space within 200m. Good bistros where local Parisians go (rue des Martyrs). Staff was very helpful with advise on bistros, Jazz clubs, opera... Congratulations!

Quiet an silent hotel. Near the subway station. The room is small, but okay. The staff are helpful. I liked everything. The hotel staff should knock before entering the room. I was changing clothes when it happened.

Hotel is Causy, neat, nice furniture, and very good location. Staff are helpfull till certain extent. Newly renovated or maybe the Hotel is new. the surounding area is live and nice district which is "Place De Clichy". Clichy Metro Station is nearby around 3 Min walking distance. Room is equiped with free wifi and safe deposite box. bath room is nice and the shower is perfect. 1- Room is nice but small 2- Bid is not comfortable because they join two small twin bid wich make a whole in the center, and sleeping in one twin is difficult because it is very small 85X190CM 3- Taxi was difficult in the morning.

The location of the hotel is good ,and the staff are nice and co-operative..... i did not like the room size , it is very small , and i wonder how this hotel was classified as a four star hotel ...also there is no resturante and the breakfast is very poor .the room lights are so dim .. there is no space in the room , to put a chair to wach television ...sorry to say that .. they increased the room rate very much for the extra night i got , and they said it is because of some feast in paris !!!!.. i saw it as a greedy behaviour and they twist my arm as i cant move to another hotel for one night ..it is so bad..
