Everything decor, room,staff
Modern hotel with modern amenities and a very good shower!
Location, shower, quiet.
Good location. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms are very clean
Breakfast is not good. Rooms are very small even though I was a solo traveler. All types of rooms are small except 3 big rooms in the top floor.
The location of Le Grey Hotel is very conveniently situated within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, museums and galleries. There is a good range of bistros and restaurants within a five minute walk. The hotel breakfast suite and lounge are very attractive and there is an excellent room service menu available until 1am each day. The standard of comfort and cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the hotel is first class. The decor is very attractive and has a calming effect on the senses. All of which are needed after frenetic days out in Paris! The hotel staff were, without exception, extremely professional, welcoming and helpful. This hotel is fantastic value for money and I will certainly be staying there on my next visit to Paris.
it is a nice small boutique hotel on the side street not too far from anything everything we asked for was available we requested on our last day some things for the bathroom that wasn't left I think attention to detail for small things are important and should not be overlooked. The room was cleaned everyday and we were happy with that. All the staff were lovely and helpful and a lovely sitting room for guests. The décor was extremely nice and classy
I really think if you pay 170 euro per night for 2 people this should at least include continental breakfast I was not happy with that we stayed 3 nights and then because of that I think they should have a promotion if you stay the 3 night you get breakfast free. A croissant and a cup of tea doesn't cost the earth. For this I would have to explain to someone if I was recommending this hotel. Am happy I stayed there but price wise I don't know would I stay there again. I know its the centre of Paris and prices are dearer but I have stayed in hotel 4 star all over Europe including Ireland and always got breakfast its not a big deal but a cup of tea is nice in the morning in your hotel and 9 euros is too expensive for that per person or 15 full breakfast.
The rooms are smaller than it's mentioned in the website of Booking.
So happy with my stay at this lovely boutique hotel: the room was super clean and well equipped, the staff – exceptionally friendly, while the neighborhood was safe and quiet. A tiny hidden gem of 9th Arrondissement, Le Grey is the hotel I'll definitely recommend and will be staying at during my next trip to Paris.
Like Mr.Igor, he's the first guy I approached via email with Le Grey. he provides very details but key informations to me, and replied me promotly and precisely. For every inquiries or request, he just made the guest being comfortable before arriving. So..I made the decision sharply and also request a Car that can pick me up from CDG to hotel. He made everything and smooth. Wonderful. Besides, I met him again at the hotel, he's on night shift the time I stayed at Le Grey. For few nights, I was feeling not very well and need some hot stuffs at room. He not just simply assisted me for heating the stuff, but come with a set of plate. It's very decent and displaying a very professional image on behalf of the hotel. He's excellent! Another lady who worked at the Kitchen. I think she's come from "Spain/Portgual" from her accents. She's really nice and friendly. Upon arrival and await at the lobby, she addressed us politely and assisted us for a cup of warm water. You know, it's not always happens at other hotels in Paris. But she did, and straight from the heart, not because the duty. She also reminding me to take good care for the personal belongings, especially the 'le fete de National' day. Hope Le Grey could pass my sincere appreaciations to the staff as mentioned above. They are the assets of Le Grey (really!!!) and devoted a great contribution to maintain Le Grey's image. I will come to Paris early 2015 and definitely will choose to stay here again. (the hotel room was great and very comfortable, the beds, the showers, the room tempature...)
Except the WIFI, the password given is not working probably...daily.
Friendly staff, very comfy bed, lovely quiet rooms. Will be coming back in September!
Location for my needs was great, you can walk almost everywhere. Plenty of public transport. Good restaurants within 10mins. The breakfast was good.
For the money the room was small from the selling description I thought it would be larger. There was no top up of the bathroom products.
Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were brand new, well equipped and comfortable. Wifi excellent. Loved it!
No bar facility
Executive room was nice, though pricey Great cafe down the road (Lendemine's) Nice to greet us with chocolates in room
16-17 meters = small Poor location (North Opera)... 15-20 minute cab everywhere Staff wasn't always terribly helpful/cheerful/knowledgable
The staff here is really rad. The breakfast is good but expensive. The area is nice and convenient, close walk for Louvre and Seine. Wifi sucks.
The room and bathrom were very clean and the entire hotel was kept clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room and bathroom are very small. I did my booking thru Booking.com, and the pictures for the room and bathroom posted for the Twin or Double room are misleading. The truth is the space between the edge of the bed and wall is tight so it's difficult for 2 people to move around the room. The bathroom is also very small unlike the picture posted. You'd have to carefully get into the bathtub to avoid your leg bumping the toilet bowl. I have stayed in other hotels in Paris and this is the smallest.
Freindly staff and very clean facilities
Nice hotel. Almost in the centre.
This is a really good one. If you like cozy small type hotel in the center of Paris tho one is excellent.
The rooms are too small. And price a bit high for what u get.
The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have used in Europe and the bathroom features were also excellent with a big shower and very modern
The staff was great! They were extremely accommodating and very pleasant. My wife sprained her ankle prior to our arrival and when we arrived, the front desk made sure we had plenty of ice to help the swelling go down and they also offered to bring a doctor to the hotel to assess her ankle! Further, during our stay, my wife had taken off her wedding band when she was showering and it somehow got knocked on the floor out of our sight. When we realized it was missing, we were already touring Paris. We started to panic, but when we returned to the hotel, the maid had found the ring and placed it right on top of the dresser in plain sight so we would see it when we returned. It's really nice to go to a hotel in a foreign city and know that the staff is honest and actually cares about you. We'll definitely be returning to Le Grey!
Hotel was very modern and everything was new. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Location is good - very close to a Metro and also the main Opera shopping area.
Devore of the bath room marvelous
Price was very high , the location is far than 500 meters from Gallary la fayatte
Location, design, and amenities
Very small rooms for two
Friendly staff, good restaurant recommendations.
Deluxe room still small. Didn't clean glasses in room for next day. Can't check in til 4.
