The staff always made us feel welcome. They were so accommodating in many respects. The homely feel of the hotel makes it a home away from home. Unfortunately they don't prepare dinners.

The hotel staff is very rude on asking of extra pillow he say this 2 star hotel not 4 start that I give extra Pillow. I booked Double bedroom and the bed is just good for 1.5 person. Breakfast is not good as first time I found cold boiled egg and when ask for omelet then hotel staff say not possible. Breakfast is not worth for the cost. I never recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't know why Booking.com has this hotel in booking least.

Fairly good location, right on highway about 25 km from Geneva. Nice French-style breakfast (for 8€), the staff made utmost to not let any meal run out (that´s something I do not see often even in higher class hotels). Reliable and fast wi-fi internet. Helpful staff. No elevator and quite narrow staircase - wouldn´t be a problem if I did not have 2 20kg suitcases. The bathroom could have been larger. Bed was too soft for me. Some noise from nearby road even through closed window. Door to the room was not too soundproof either.

Das Hotel wurde von uns ausgewaehlt, weil es auf halben Weg zwischen Muenchen und Barcelona lag. Und obwohl es direkt neben der Autobahn lag, war unser 4-Bett Zimmer absolut ruhig (es lag entgegengesetzt zur Autobahn!). Es wurde fuer uns alles so vorbereitet, das wir flexibel ankommen und abreisen konnten. Alles war sehr sauber und der abgeschlossene Parkplatz gab uns das Gefuehl der Sicherheit. Alles in allem: Sehr Empfehlenswert.

все очень понравилось, чистый большой номер, вежливый персонал, говорящий на всех языках, рядом Женева и Анси, завтрак разнообразен и вкусен! Не нашел ни одного повода побурчать ни я, ни жена, ни дети!
