I was able to check in before the specified time, which was a perk. There was luggage storage available. The location is perfect for the train station and the city centre. The widely advertised wifi in the rooms was not reliable.

nice location. With a bar open next as side of the hotel. my room was clean and warm. The bathroom (plastic cabin) was the weak point of the room but is more than correct for the price.

The location is super and room and bathroom were big, nice and clean! The bar downstair was a bit noisy (also because it was new year's eve) and they asked me to pay more than agreeded: remember to print and bring with you the online confirmation of your booking or they will try to charge you the full price and remember also to mention at the beginning if you do not want the breakfast or they will try to charge you for it even if you did not eat!.

The hotel staff members are nice and friendly, but not all of them are well-organized. We often queue in front of the reception because things are going slowly.

The staff were friendly. The room was not clean. There were stains on the bed cover. I found long bundles of hair on the floor in the room and in the shower, almost as if the room was not properly cleaned before I arrived.

Only the location near the train station is convenient but some hotels are more central too. I have never seen such an unhelpful staff. Rooms are really poor quality and what they call double rooms are twins if you dont double check with them before.

The proximity to the station. There was music coming from the bar area seemingly all night and I had to put ear plugs in to keep the noise out. Also the toilet flush did not work so had to leave a present for the cleaners.

Ideal location between train station & old town. Reasonable price. Rooms not as nice as pictures. Fairly comfortable, but seemed like with a bit of work / polish, it could be fantastic. It just did not quite live up to its potential.

Close to Christmas Markets, Cathedral. Free internet. Noisy. Hard Euro beds, no blow dryer, no wall outlets. Unusual bath room. The whole floor was a shower floor and there was a sign that asked the guest to not wear shoes in the bath room.

La situation de cet hotel est son point fort ... Chambre minuscule avec cabine douche digne d'une cabine sncf , environ 1m2 all inclusive y compris les toilettes ... Pas convivial et même à éviter !!!!Par ailleurs chambre ouverte à mon arrivée pour désenfumage !!! Néanmoins , l'odeur de tabac fut présente toute la nuit , remerciements au fumeur égoiste et pollueur !!!
