The room was great with a wonderful view. It was comfortable and large enough for us for the days/nights we were there. The location was ok... easy to get the Metro to anywhere, but there weren't really any good restaurants right in the area... Overall, the location was quite good... Although the hotel staff was helpful, they were a bit ostentatious. It was odd to be "spoken down to" by a reception desk clerk. I don't ask to be catered to or "spoken up to" but he spoke to us like we were idiots. My husband and I have traveled to many places in the world both professionally and pleasure, and we wondered why we were treated that way. |

Excellent location. Well appointed. Staff was very efficient and friendly. 24 hour access to business centre with fast internet connection was a plus. Attractive design. Room was smaller than expected. Would be too claustrophobic for extended stay. Ordinary breakfast buffet ( not included ) for hefty price with poor table service ( no clearing of used plates and had to practically beg for coffee refills ). |

The location was excellent. The hotel was very nicely furnished and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Free internet use was very helpful The room was very small. |

location, free internet access, quite room the service during the breakfast was incredible slow! sometimes I had to stay 20-30 minuts for the scrambled eggs or cheese if it is finished. The bathroom was small and not as well equiped as it should be at 4* hotel. |

De ligging van het hotel is super en het verzoek voor een rustige kamer was gehonoreerd. De kamer en douche uitstekend (bedden een beetje aan de harde kant) en als extra verassing kregen we een lagere kamerprijs dan via booking was doorgegeven. Om de hoek lekker ontbijten bij Pain Cotidien en leuke winkels/musea. ik had het hotel uitgekozen omdat er werd gezegd dat in de kamer 3 twin bedden aanwezig waren (i.p.v. 2 gewone bedden en een bankbed of iets dergelijks) - dit was niet het geval en was dus jammer. Het werd dus weer loten wie van de 3 op het bedbank moest. |

La cortesia dello staff, la posizione dell'hotel, la pulizia degli spazi e delle camere e i servizi offerti. Gli spazi delle camere e dei bagni sono piccoli per le stelle (rating) dell'hotel e per il costo (convenzionale) dello stesso. La vostra offerta lo ha reso equo come rapporto qualità prezzo. |
