All of the hotel staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.They all spoke English quite well. The location was great. The room was clean. The breakfast area/ lounge area was very nice. This was my second stay there and both times the rooms seemed qiute warm with no way to control the heat. Breakfast was expensive for what they offered. |

Nothing! Only the location was convenient and nothing more. The hotel did not offer any meals excluding breakfast. We requested room service with brekfast for two and only one plate was given to us. We were told that the one serving was for two people and that we should "share the plate"! |

Not much. Stayed there several times before, but definitely not again A lot. They never received the request I sent you asking for early checkin so they gave me the room at 1 pm. Moreover, the price they charged, Euro280 w/o breakfast, was a large multiple of their walk-in rate. So what's the point of using your booking services? Definitely the whole experience was terrible. |

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (triple) was much larger than expected and breakfast room and bar area was much larger and nicer than expected It waas very hot in our room and in the hotel in general. We called the front desk and they sent someone immediately but unfortunately the air conditioner was not working only the heating system. They did open a sealed window for us. |

The staff were very helpful Mini bar didn't work - didn't keep things cold. Shower drain blocked, couldn't have a shower without flooding entire bathroom. No WiFi available on one night despite being advertised. Couldn't make or recieve phone calls in room. |

Posterior a la reclamación, el buen proceder y la atención posterior del supervisor Tenian el aire acondicionado puesto y sin posibilidad de quitarlo. Intentanton quitarlo sin resultado. Y no nos cambiaron la habitación hasta el dia siguiente por tener el hotel lleno ?? . Consecuencia a dormir con 3 mantas debido al frio. |

La situación del hotel y la tranquilidad del sitio. No me dieron la habitación que reservé a través de booking, reservé una suite y me dieron una inferior aduciendo que estaba todo ocupado. La semana anterior a mi viaje confirmé con ellos por e-mail la estancia y el tipo de habitación. No pude hablar con ningún responsable de la dirección del hotel durante el tiempo que estuve allí. |
