There are better hotels in the area if your main concern is location. No room service, internet connection for 5 Eur per hour even in the lobby, very small rooms, no king size bed in the hotel two small single bad instead... That is definitely not a 4 star hotel... Totally disappointed.

The staff were helpful and friendly, excellent location with 3 min.walk to Metro.Good breakfast and excellent free internet. The superior room was comfortable but I saw the standard one which was very small. No room service after 09.00PM, no coffee maker in the room, and no drawers in the cupboard.

The location is great for shopping. Close to most attractions. The aircon is not working and the room is just steaming.

Close to the metro. Very quiet. Pleasant and classy neighborhood. Postage stamp size room. The desk chair can't be pulled out far enough to allow one to sit properly-the back of the chair hits the bed. Staff at front desk was distracted by a mobile phone call when I was checking in. No bath gel, and only one small bar of soap. Only plastic cups in the bathroom. Water runs all over the floor when using the shower. For a 4-star hotel, I expect a lot more class and room.

A good sized room and, compared with similar hotels in Paris, a very good breakfast service. The lighting in the room could have been better.

Good size room for Paris. Clean. Good location I.E. close to our business partners. Breakfast wasn't worth the money. You'd be better off going to one of the great cafes in the area. Service was ok - Le Pera is a good three star hotel, not a four star.

I stayed several times in this hotel, I prefer it for the location - close to the Blv. Haussman, Opera, Madeleine etc. The staff is not very friendly but I have not been in the situation to request their help so far. The single room are small (no surprise for Paris) but comfortable and clean. Superior rooms are much better, larger and with a seating area. I don't take the breakfast in the hotel as there are many places around where you can have a nice breakfast (Starbucks, Cojean etc). The location is perfect for shopping and the hotel provides the guests with a discount voucher for shopping at Printemps. Olympia is nearby and there is also a great spa - Spa du Cinque Mondes. For a four star hotel, the service could be warmer. However, I will continue staying in this hotel as it's better than others in the same area.

The location and the furniture are the only good things in this hotel I had a room with a horrible heater that made the room as a hill that room that doesn't have a window ,I couldnt sleep they changed my room with a larger room with 3 window at the roof so you coulnt sleep at morning . one of the reception staff asked me where I am goning when I entered the hotel and after I did the cheack in previously and evev when I told him I am goning to my room and showed him my key card he cheacked that key and after that he let me entered the hotel but without saying he is sorry for misunderstanding . I think you should think many times before chosing this hotel

Polite, nice and very helpful staff. You need to pay for using internet at Le Pera, that's the one ridiculous thing. Four star hotel close to centre of PARIS, can afford free internet for visitors.

Hôtel très propre et surtout très silencieux. Chambre donnant sur la rue et pas un seul bruit de l'extérieur. Lors de la réservation, nous avions demandé un lit double et arrivé dans la chambre, lits jumeaux.

Very good, 8.4
Score from 232 reviews
“First, I LOVED the location which was very convenient to a Rossybus stop just behind Opera), a metro station, restaurants (just loved le Petit Vendome right across the street), high end shops, the lovely Tuilleries Garden and Seine River, and three magnificent museums: Louvre, Orangerie, and D'Orsay. Secondly, I liked the price which is very reasonable considering the neighboring hotel rates of the Ritz and Park Hyatt. I stayed in a very quiet, inner, newly refurbished and air conditioned room that was perfect for my needs. To sum it up, I look forward to my next stay at the Hotel Mansart!” Julia, Radnor |
