The staff were helpful and friendly, excellent location with 3 min.walk to Metro.Good breakfast and excellent free internet. The superior room was comfortable but I saw the standard one which was very small. No room service after 09.00PM, no coffee maker in the room, and no drawers in the cupboard.

The staffs are very helpful and they give good recommendation for visits and tours. We stayed three days two nights but housekeeping did not clean our room. The room card always has problem openning the door. The cupboard door was not able to open properly. There was no kettle in the room. Worst of all I informed reception that our mini bar has a bottle of coke opened and consumed but we did not drink it. I was not charged in the bill when checked out. However after I left Paris my credit card company informed that an additional charge was made to my card equavalent to the cost of the drink in mini bar! I was forced to pay something which I did not do.

Good staff, the location near undeground and in the centre. There are many shops around Very tiny walls!! It's very difficult to sleep bacause you can hear anything what's going around (in hotel and on the streets if the windows are opened). I couldn't sleep till all my neigbours not coming in theirs numbers and will go to sleep. In the morning you you awake with sounds of opening and closing doors of your nebours and earlier with sonds from the street (at 5-6 am) If you close your window there are too warm because there is no any condition. OLd room, it's ok but not very beautiful. Very bad hairdryer- i'll recommend all the women to have yourself hairdryer with you.

Good location, walkable to many main attractions and close to a number of well positioned Metro stations. Lovely little brasseries on the road. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. The decor was quite different to how the pictures online made it look. The wallpaper made it rather tacky. The view from our room was of a dirty wall.

Hotel has excellent. It is very close to Auber RER station and Opera Metro, just 15 minutes to walk to Louvre. Bathroom was big enough, with both bath & shower. Booked non-smoking room had a strong smoking smell. The room was tiny, not even place to put suitcase table. To come up to wardrobe in the back of the room it was necessary each time to remove a heavy chair. Shower had static dispencer and no curtain. Bathroom became immediately covered with a lot of water. This is not 4*.

A good sized room and, compared with similar hotels in Paris, a very good breakfast service. The lighting in the room could have been better.

Good size room for Paris. Clean. Good location I.E. close to our business partners. Breakfast wasn't worth the money. You'd be better off going to one of the great cafes in the area. Service was ok - Le Pera is a good three star hotel, not a four star.

I stayed several times in this hotel, I prefer it for the location - close to the Blv. Haussman, Opera, Madeleine etc. The staff is not very friendly but I have not been in the situation to request their help so far. The single room are small (no surprise for Paris) but comfortable and clean. Superior rooms are much better, larger and with a seating area. I don't take the breakfast in the hotel as there are many places around where you can have a nice breakfast (Starbucks, Cojean etc). The location is perfect for shopping and the hotel provides the guests with a discount voucher for shopping at Printemps. Olympia is nearby and there is also a great spa - Spa du Cinque Mondes. For a four star hotel, the service could be warmer. However, I will continue staying in this hotel as it's better than others in the same area.

The location and the furniture are the only good things in this hotel I had a room with a horrible heater that made the room as a hill that room that doesn't have a window ,I couldnt sleep they changed my room with a larger room with 3 window at the roof so you coulnt sleep at morning . one of the reception staff asked me where I am goning when I entered the hotel and after I did the cheack in previously and evev when I told him I am goning to my room and showed him my key card he cheacked that key and after that he let me entered the hotel but without saying he is sorry for misunderstanding . I think you should think many times before chosing this hotel

Polite, nice and very helpful staff. You need to pay for using internet at Le Pera, that's the one ridiculous thing. Four star hotel close to centre of PARIS, can afford free internet for visitors.
