Location, quiet atmosphere, no city noise, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable, well-designed and clean room

No tea or cofee facilities in the room, too expensive breakfast

I relied on the hotel staff for a wake up call as I was in Paris solely for meetings. They failed to call and then when I confronted them about it, they said that I "must not have heard the call" - which is odd since the two days after that I woke up to the call each morning. Not to mention, it would seem to me that if they did call and no one picked up, they would follow up. This really is the sole issue I had with the hotel - so if you're not going for business, it would be a great hotel for you.

The bar is open till 10.00. No possibility to order the vine to room. As a four star hotel should have more varying breakfest.

The location was great. Very comfortable and nice hotel, modern and convenient. Very friendly and service oriented staff. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Would have been nice to have a restaurant, but honestly with te loation and room service offer, this would just add a bit more. On demand movies on tv would also be a plus.

Courtesy of staff was excellent. Room cleanliness was great. Service was remarkable and friendly. Location: 3-5 minutes walking distance to nearby public transportation (Metro, Busses, Les Cars Rouge). Accessible nearby cafes, restaurants, and diners of various price ranges. Walking distance to the Place de l'Opera and Gallery Lafayette. 2 Metro stops to nearby reasonably affordable shopping areas such as Chatelet. For Walking lovers, its about 1 mile walking to the famous Avenue des Champs-Elysees.

The rooms are small and not family friendly, especially for those with little children. The room we stayed in did not have door access to the adjacent room. Not sure if this is available in other rooms.

It has a good location near Opera,and many restaurants,with a Metro station a block away. However the room, which we were told was an upgrade,was so tiny,the bathroom was formed by a glass partition; not good for privacy at all. If this was an uopgrade,the original room must be a shoebox

Hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the Opera building & Lafayette. It's very easy to access both Opera (which is one of the main hubs for Paris underground system) and Quarter September metro stations. There're lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms are newly renovated, clean bathroom is a plus. There're many international staff working in the hotel; french, english, turkish etc.. Free wi-fi for rooms and pc in the lobby helped us a lot to get info about Paris.

As usual, hotel rooms are small but we still didn't feel much uncomfortable in a standart room for 2 people + baby cot.

Overal. It's a fairly nice place, but the location is very good, in particular.

The room is a bit cluttered - not very well designed for easy movement. Also, it might have helped to have a little tea/coffee service in the room (just a water heater and tea bags would do), but I'm not sure if this (or rather not having this) in the rooms is a standard feature in all French hotels.

The Staff were superb, accommodating, helpful and very efficient.

Especially, the particular kindness of the staff + design and comfort of the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and engaging, encouraging us to practice the little French that we could muster. The room was tidy and clean and a reasonable size with a lovely decked area to sit out on. The room was also quiet and the Queen size bed very comfortable. The location was excellent being a 5 minute walk from the Roissy bus link to CDG airport and walking distance to lots of other tourist attractions

Absolutely nothing to dislike

I like the attentiveness and services given by the staff at the receptionists especially Mauricio and Alexandra. They are a valuable staff which can make a difference to the quality and services of the hotel. Kudos

I didn't like the plastic animals in the foyer?

No kettle for tea/coffee in the room - room service for tea & coffee is expensive

Decor & location

Excellent location in the middle of Paris, but on a very quiet street, so you can really have good night sleep without any city noise. Rooms are little small, but how much space do you really need... you should not stay indoors anyway! Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Metro station just 2 minutes away from the hotel. Overall experience is pleasant.

Location very central, close to many city attractions. Good breakfast, the room was clean and tidy, although it would be a bit small for a couple. The airconditioner worked ok.

The location is perfect between 2 metro stations and near by Opera and other shopping streets.

The receiptionist called me 1 hour before check-out asking me to leave the room as soon as possible to be cleaned, as the next guests are waiting at the receiption, she seemed like kicking me out, but I ignored her and went down on the the exact checking out time. They have only one single elevator and very small, it fits me and my bag only or 2 people, I had to use the stairs or wasting my time waiting, no other options

Friendly staff, nice locations. Very quiet. Our room was spacious enough, but as far as I understand many rooms are smaller. We didn't take breakfast, so I have no idea how good it is.

May be the hotel is a bit expensive, but it is normal for Paris.
