The hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in, sorry but have to be blunt about it. Booked a junior suite for a family of four expecting a 3 star level of service/room but right from the delayed check-in (finally were able to go upto our room at 5.30pm) to the awful room (dark, dirty, broken TV/remote) it made our trip a misery. They dont arrange any excursions and you cant buy tickets for the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower there. Paris was beautiful, but the thought of going back to the room made us all depressed so we stayed out as long as we could with two small kids. The room was never cleaned once during our two nights there and we had to call repeatedly to have it done. While we were checking in, another family from South Africa were leaving and were venting their frustration loudly at the front desk so its obviously a recurring issue. This is a one star hotel (by Asian standards) benefitting purely from its location. The only thing commendable was the patience of the front desk staff who were friendly and willing to help, but I think their management needs a wake-up call to clean up their act.

The facilities such as internet, international telephone and multi lingual staff.

I took an apartment because we were travelling as a family, but there were no utensils to use. We had to ask front desk to get a few plates cups etc. It is probably a very good hotel with room service and full service restaurant but for my stay I can't say it is a very good apartment hotel.

baths shower to tap difficult, window area by bath a little dusty the venetian blinds are not practical

Possibly the only thing good was their location as it suited my meeting requirements and budget. Otherwise no big shakes.

Amazingly there was no Hot water available and hence had to go without a bath. Ahh! All the staff did was to give some lip-service. Was wondering if my Euro was worth less ???? Under such circumstances, should the Hotel not be made to pay, at least partially?

A very friendly welcome provided by well trained personnel.

Location.

Hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Very shabby in room. Only reception was presentable.

The proximity to the Champs d'Elysee and parking availability.

In the apartment, especially in the living room, the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything the neighbors were saying.

The staff were extremly friendlyand helpful, and the hotel is centrally located.

The pictures of the hotel on the web did not accurately represent the rooms at the hotel.
