Central location in Paris Writing in English in case this message needs to be forwarded: very poor service, lack of professionalism of the staff (insisting to get the breakfast bill signed within a few minutes and interrupting discussions for this), parking extremely narrow, room was very small (which can be understandable in Paris) but bed very small as well, no remote control for the TV on day 1 (it took more than one day to get one), no brush in the toilets, complex system and options for Wifi, expensive breakfast, employees in the breakfast room exchanging comments about guests etc... Total lack of professionalism. This hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars ! |

Friendly staff, willing to help always and willing to speak through English. Good value. Kitchenette a little under equipped but rooms were clean and plenty big. Ideal for children also. |

The only thing I liked about this hotel is that after checking into my room and realizing how bad it was, one of the staff members was helpful and found me another hotel to stay at down the street. The room was filthy, the air conditioning didn't work, the toilet was broken, and when I tried to open the window curtains to get some light the entire sliding track fell out of the ceiling on top of me. |

We ended up in the Royal Suite, with nice views across the city. Our initial Exec Room was tired and filthy. Had to complain twice and finally had room upgraded. |

Location Room was not ready until 16:00 when official check-in time was 15:00. Very annoying since flight arrived in the early morning and had to wait even longer than necessary for the room! |

the lady that works in the morning is lovely and she arranged for us to check in early at no extra cost as our room was ready. close to champs elysee and arc triomphe staff were not helpful, did not have information we needed, sent us on a wild goose chase for an internet cafe that did not exist, their hotel internet is slow, inefficent and 5 euro for 15 minutes. however i had to find their internet, they did not offer it when i asked if they had internet. we asked for an iron and ironing board and were ignored, as a result we went to dinner in crumpled clothes straight from the suitcase, breakfast is too expenive at 20 euro per person, very little light in the room, |
