Excellent location! Kind people behind the desk.

My phone never worked the whole time I was there. I walked all the way down to the desk on two occasions. They sent someone up once. It never worked. On my last night the water was turned off and I couldn't call down to ask for some water sent up because my phone didn't work. My room was also EXTREMELY hot. I complained about this twice too. They looked at it once, but never fixed it.

Welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable beds and parking available below. If one enjoys walking a little (as I do) it's well located for walking access to Champs Elysée, Haussmann and the Metro all around 1km.

Many services poor or unavailable. Free wifi doesn't work, TV has only basic local channels, buffet breakfast usually cold and with limited choice. Hotel desk could not help with any bookings. Very basic toiletries offer in bathroom, no comfortable chair even though I was in deluxe room.

Location, parking, staff, room, food - I liked everything, except the final part of my staying there, which spoiled the hole impression...Leaving the hotel, I asked on the reception to keep somewhere my suitcase till the time of my flight. They agreed and put my luggage into a special room, where were things of some other guests of the hotel, waiting for there flights. The room was locked. Everything looked fine. I asked about a cab and told on the reception, that I needed the cab at 3 A.m as my flight was at 6.15. I went for a walk quietly, didn't expect, that soon I would get big problem. When I come back I didn't find my suitcase. It had disappeared. Somebody took it to the airport by mistake. I was told that tomorrow it would be delivered back to the hotel and then - send me to Moscow by dhl. 3 days passed, but I still don't have my neither my suitcase, nor any information about it. I don't know what to do. I was promised that I'll get it back in a day! I need my things! They are really precious for me! Anyway I need exact information... As you can see my wonderful opinion about it has been spoiled. The final opinion is depended from the results of solving the situation with my suitcase.

Excellent hotel at the central of Arc de Triomphe

Excellent location, spacious, clean rooms and very good service from staff.

Our apartment had a kitchen, but no utensils. Since we did not need them, it wasnt a bother, but could be to someone planning to cook.

The breakfast is not good at all

The only plus of the hotel - is location.

Minuses are more, than I wish to have: its not 4 star hotel - at least 3. TV not working, only 10 chanels. The easel in a toilet doesn't open, the holder of toilet paper isn't present, appearance as after war, there is a repair and awfully smells, lifts hardly work and etc. The list can be continued, but I am very disappointed.

The hotel is out of age no water in wc furniture old and broken insects in room، really disappointed very bad value for moneyno English or Arabic tv channels in simple words hotel is not worth it more than two star at maximum

The room we got were not what we had booked although we did have adjoining rooms.The bathroom were a little dated and the shower was dangerous due to the shower screen being fixed so was not able to set the temperature in the shower before putting the kids in without getting soaking wet.

Air-conditioning wasn't working and we had to leave the windows open all night...got eaten alive by mosquitoes!!!

The location made it easy to find all important places. The door man from Sri Lanka was excellent. He helped us with every aspect and tried the best to support his helpless coleagues.

The rest of the staff! Arrogant, uneducated and most of the time in a total mess, unless they were not around at all. The hotel is way over priced and leaves like so many others from a good location. We had two rooms. The staff adviced us to put our cheese and fresh product purchases into the fridge in the room. Well, none of the rooms had a fridge, not to mention a mini bar.

The location is good, staff are friendly. Room size is not bad.

The air condition is not sufficient specially during summer. The kitchenette is not fully equipped. The toilet need to be renovated.

The location is excellent.

There are some renovations going on at the hotel. The AC did not work during my stay. The room did not have any sort of refrigerator ( no mini bar or anything ). The hotel should know that I have a baby as they provided a cot, however all baby foods need to put in a refrigerator. When complaining to the reception, they said a refrigerator would be provided. However, until checking out I did not get one.

The shower was so bad as you could not open the water with out burning your hand need to be sorted

After making my booking I read the comments of earlier guests and was somewhat horrified, and not looking forward to my stay. Quite the opposite! The staff were polite and helpful, and the room clean and comfortable with all the usual benefits (toiletries, bathrobe etc). I will be returning to Paris for further meetings and will be re-booking to stay in this hotel. It is clear that the hotel is being re-furbished. Perhaps that is why earlier guests were disappointed.

I know it is unusual in Paris, but I would like tea and coffee facilities in the room.

We really like the location and the very comfortable bed.

1. Front Desk Attendant was not accomodating, not customer oriented and was even trying to intimidate us. 2. Water heater was intermitent and several parts of the room was already falling apart i.e. paint from walls and ceiling.
