Dobrze położony, z miłą obsługą.Mimo,że przybyliśmy 4 godz.przed godz.zakwaterowania- z miejsca otrzymaliśmy pokój i przy odjeżdzie również bez dodatkowych opłat przedłużono nam pobyt .Znakomite śniadanie - duży wybór świeżych owoców,wędliny, sery i coś na ciepło.Pokoje duże, my mieliśmy nawet balkon. Nasz pokój wymagał remontu, stare meble nawet jedna szafka nie miała drzwiczek.Tylko jeden raz dostaliśmy wodę mineralną, nasi przyjaciele,dwa, mimo, że prosiliśmy obsługę o uzupełnienie barku. Ale piękne lampy , dobrze dobrane zasłony i narzuty - łagodziły te niedostatki. |

Sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa.Dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Właściwy stosunek ceny do jakości usług. Czystość. W części mieszkalnej hotel wymaga już remontu i częściowo wymiany wyposażenia. |

Breakfast was very good - although pricey. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean although the bed quite uncomfortable as it was only a camp bed rather than a real bed. The other bed in our room was very comfortable though. Perfect hotel for a few days in the city - location was great and i would definitley stay there again and reccommend to friends. |

Possibly the only thing good was their location as it suited my meeting requirements and budget. Otherwise no big shakes. Amazingly there was no Hot water available and hence had to go without a bath. Ahh! All the staff did was to give some lip-service. Was wondering if my Euro was worth less ???? Under such circumstances, should the Hotel not be made to pay, at least partially? |

friendly staff, readyness to help, very good for me and my wheelchair. We stayed there already last year. It is quite practical for us. Something small. not being able to adjust very well, the temperature inside the room. Also, a tray with kettle, coffee ect... would be very practical. This is a plus for me, when looking for a hotel. It is very popular. |

The proximity to the Champs d'Elysee and parking availability. In the apartment, especially in the living room, the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything the neighbors were saying. |

The staff were extremly friendlyand helpful, and the hotel is centrally located. The pictures of the hotel on the web did not accurately represent the rooms at the hotel. |

We've stayed in the family apartment twice now and it works beautifully for our family of five. The location is perfect, room was spotless and comfortable, staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. |

Pleasant hotel and perfectly situated for the Marathon which we were taking part in. We had a problem with the bath the previous evening (no plug!) so the staff very quickly agreed to extend our room the following day for no charge. All in all a reasonably clean and pleasant hotel. Nothing special and expensive - but given the location unsurprising. |

Hotel Staff were very kind an cheerful, the cleanness of the rooms were good, the location were good, it is in the walking distance to Champ Elysee and the bus stop was very close. The breakfast were not as complete as the other hotels with the same rate but it is acceptable since it was acceptable. About the location you need to know the bus stops near the hotel. |

The was the absolute worst hotel that we have stayed at in Paris. We booked two rooms at the hotel for three nights. On the first night we noticed a water leak in the ceiling that was dripping onto a hair dryer and onto the hallway carpet. We notified the staff immediately an the came to take a a look. The said the hotel was full and the we could not be relocated. |

The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was very confortable and located walking distance to les champs elysee and the tube. There were ants in the bathroom...the street were the hotel is located can be a bit isolated at night |
