Our room was large and full of character. It had a pleasant outlook and was reached by an easy staircase to climb. It was very handy to good restaurants and to Le Mont St Michel. The manager spoke very good English. |

We really liked the original design of the eco lodges, the quiet atmosphere, the relaxed owner, my girlfriend really loved the big breakfast ! We also liked the fact that the hotel is so close to the Mont saint Michel. Thoroughly recommended ! |

Our small wooden house was great. It was new and very modern. My kids said it was the best hotel they ever seen. We've got bicycles for free to go to the Mont (around 15 min). |

Was exoecting a dated hotel room. I got a wooden hut in the grounds. Ideal for my family but not everyone would be happy with the grassed roof constructions which have two comfy double beds, along with a shower and toilet, sink Outside the huts each one should have 4 chairs rather than two. |

It was close to La Mont Saint Michel it was by far the worst hotel I have ever stated in, in the world. Not easily signed posted from la Mont, reception/breackfast area a shambles, the internet suggested you stayed in the house over looking the river, wrong!, we stayed in a ground floor anex coverd in branches that you had to negotiat through, our room over-look a road. Shower head was broken, bed hard, pillows? what pillows, you had to slam you room door to make it close. Dont go .. |

We did not like anything. It was loud, we barely slept and we stayed in shack covered with sod next to the main buillding, not inside as described and shown on pictures. We did not like anything. The atmosphere of the place is outstanding - with independent cabins designed very thoughtfully. The play area around is great. |

I like its simplicity, feeling of being home and d hospitality of Eric and his Uncle! We'll be back with some of my friends and relatives. The location is very ideal when visiting Mont St Michel. Our stay at the beautiful and simple "house" is superb! The grounds should be trimmed of its grass and shrurbs. |

The hotel is pleasant and comfortable with quiet and greenery surroundings. The hotel room is clean and tidy with many plugs for charging battery. Good hotel host. Bicycles can be borrowed without charge. We rode the bicycle to the St. Michel and it took us about 15-20 minutes. The bicycle is free to use but must be fully tested before riding on it. |

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was old, soft, and springs poking through. The pillow was a roll - totally annoying and a problem. |

Leaving !!!!!!! The building on the picture has been condemned and closed down, We were put in an annex which had not been touched for 30 years, I dare not walk on the carpet without shoes on, and dont want to have to mention the state of the bed or damp on the walls, One of the windows was missing, everything run down, site overgrown, cannot believe its still open. |

We loved biking to the Mont Saint Michele and also biking around the countryside. Saw a working windmill, beautiful rolling farms and some very cute donkeys. Also enjoyed breakfast and talking with the owner of Gue De Beauvoir. It was an unexpected treat. |

Convenient to Mt St Michel and a few local restaurants. Country, old-fashioned feel. Somewhat quirky, but cozy. Quiet. A bit cold, but plenty of blankets! |

Gue de Beauvoir is wonderfully close to Mont St. Michel. There is also a great little patisserie/boulangerie across the street. Please keep in mind that I was only there one night so I didn't have much interaction with the staff. While the room did have its own shower and sink. The toilets are shared with other guests on the same floor. |

Proximity to Mont St. Michel Slightly disappointed that the room was in an annexe, not the Manor House itself (but the new, nearly finished ecologically friendly cabins with grass roofs look interesting!) |

The owner and his wife were very accommodating and helpful. The location is nice for visitors to Mont St. Michel. My wife and daughter-in-law thought the rooms were a bit rustic shall we say. I'd have to concur, but it didn't bother me as much nor did it bother my son as much. I think that compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area (from what I could tell) that the were more modern less "weathered" so to speak. |

The closeness to Mont St.Michel, about 3 Km. I am a Pilot as profession..I travel a lot, this is the first review I ever filled out. This was a very amazing experience. The pictures of the premises have been greatly misleading the true condition. The room was barely heatable..moist..not cleaned, windows, floor ,curtains ect. furniture dusty..paint chipping on windows and bathroom..The only fair item was the bedding...the garden a wilderness. |
