Extremely small elevator, fits one person and one suitcase only!
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, new equipment in bathroom
Pricy, poor breakfast
Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Everything is perfect
Perfect location near subway-station and lovely area.
Not so friendly personnel. Personnel hardly spoke any English. Low service level.
Proximity to several major attractions. Bathroom large enough for two.
Elevator very small - tight fit for 2 average size adults or 1 adult & 1 piece of luggage. Floors were dusty; air conditioning did not work the first night. Continental breakfast for 13 euros is expensive.
Staff were great, the location very central. Rail access to port and airport excellent, and of course the rooftop view of the Acropolis a bonus. A great coffee and pastry shop, Veneti's, just 20 meters up the hill.
We had 2 x 2 night stays. The first night, a Saturday, in a 3rd floor balcony room on the west side. Great until the punk rock night club opened at 8pm and serenaded us until 2am. Certainly not the hotels fault. The second night was in an internal room and quieter, but the room was not as nice. On our return we had a great balcony room on the 6th floor at the front of the hotel. Sounded great until we heard the furniture scraping about in the hotel's roof top terrace bar till midnight. Bit of a challenge for a light sleeper.
A quiet location so we had a good nights sleep. The location was great, on a direct metro line from Gare du Nord. Good wifi , very clean.
The bath was half size and the shower was hand held without a shower curtain. If you used the shower the whole bathroom got soaking wet. The room was tiny, but manageable.
The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the Saint Sulpice church. Everyone from the staff was super-friendly.
The bed was a bit hard and there were no feather pillows. We paid over 200€ per night which we found a bit high for the comfort offered.
Close to metro and St Sulpice. Fridge in room. Quiet location.
No kettle in room. On early morning check out, staff member was quite rude (all other times all other staff members were polite).
Location, friendliness and breakfast
Cramped staircase and lift, parking location
Great location, quiet, spacious room, excellent bath/shower.
extremely narrow elevator - two people fill it.
The location of this hotel is fantastic; walkable to the Louvre and Notre Dame; easy access to subway; lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with enough space for two. The elevator is so tiny - it gave us a good laugh; stairs were preferred, with motion-sensor lighting at each level. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.
The street noise was too much to sleep with the windows open; AC worked well (was very warm in Paris when we were there) so it was ok.
In the Latin quarter. Helpful friendly staff. Close to good eating places. Close to many attractions. Good value for that area. And yes the lift is tiny, but you already know that. and most European apartment lifts are.
Excellent location! Helpful staff, clean, comfortable. Wi-Fi was OK, although you had to log-in again after a few minutes of inactivity...
All the Hotel is really tiny. If you have lots of luggage or big trunks, you will have accessibility problems... It is impossible to take a shower without wetting the whole bathroom floor.
lack of staff with knowledge -stayed for ten days and sheets were not changed
The location is perfect. The room is spacious and the beds are great. The elevator is interesting. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris.
Friendly helpful staff. Location. Air conditioned.
No in-room tea making facilities.
Perfect location in the heart of 'Rive Gauche'. Large room (for Paris....).
Yes, the elevator is probably the smallest in town .......but that's part of the fun!
Lady Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was charming.
Lift was very small
Friendly and helpful staff, nice, safe area of Paris, very close to metro station and bus stops, quiet. I'd like to go back!
The hotel is very close to the metro and you will find lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Many of the attractions are nearby too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
I didn't like the shower facility, it was a hand held shower head with the cradle just above the bath taps instead of the cradle being above your head. This meant that you had to hold the shower head while trying to shower and wash your hair. So taking a shower was difficult.
Large bathroom, quiet, large room, good location on the left bank; we walked everywhere. Especially liked having the little fridge in the room.
Just a minor thing but with no rugs on the floor making it a bit cold in appearance and feel. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would go back there and recommend it to others.
The location, the frig in the room. The staff was nice, but poorly organized. When a friend arrived to meet me, they could not figure out what room I was in and call up to tell me they had arrived.....
The beds were hard, the feathers in the pillows made me sneeze, and the room on the street was VERY noisy. The air conditioner made very little difference.
The location. It was walking distance to the major attractions, shopping and really good restaurants.
The wifi wasn't the greatest. It worked better is different parts of the room.
