Very very very nice breakfast, cozy bed, proximity to the metro station and the Old Port. A cockroach in the bathroom which I had to wash down the sewage system!

This hotel needs to be refreshed... Curtains were in a bad state, the carpet is cheap and nasty, the wallpaper faded, the lightening in the rooms is poor, the outside needs to be repainted...

Location- 15 minutes walk to the Vieux Port and 5 minutes away from subway station. Also, in 20 minutes walk you reach the Saint Charles railway station. It's noisy in the day time due to the traffick. My window was on the side with the Franklin Roosvelt street and, if I left it open in the morning, it was unpleasant due to the noise. The room is small, I had a minimim amount of space to the right and at the end of the bed to move.

Good location, Staff friendly Was in attic room right on the top floor- room tiny but had air-conditioning. Bathroom very basic tiles broken whole room needs updating. On booking told it was a superior room garden side, had no view of the garden couldn't even see it as outside of window had ugly safety netting. No way was this a superior room- extremely disappointed, as I normally have no problems when I have previously booked with bookings.com

Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. It has a good location close to metro and near city centre. Only problem is that there is no lift and it can be a long walk to the 3rd floor.

Very friendly staff. They couldn't have been more accomodating. Also, a very good location straight up the street from the main road to the port, and around the corner from the train/bus station. Our room smelled like smoke... Even more so when you turned on the ac. That was quite unfortunate, however I think its quite common in Europe.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Near a subway station and close to the Vieux Port. This hotel is awful! The room was dirty, with hairs in the bed, the garbage full of trash of somerbody else. The room they gave us was not what we had seen in Booking.com and it was old, poorly decorated, with stains on the walls and with a terrible carpet on the floor. The windows are not sound proof and the noise from the street bothered us all night. If you dare staying there, don´t stay at room 17.

la proximité géographique du port, l'accueil , la propreté par contre arrivant à 14 H et ayant téléphoné le matin de bordeaux, nous aurions aimé que la chambre soit faite à notre arrivée au lieu de déposer nos bagages , sinon c'était très bien

L'hotel è perfettamente posizionato, rispetto alla stazione, al centro e ad altri quartieri della città. è pulito e il bagno è grande e comodo, con doccia. La stanza invece, pur essendo una stanza "comfort" era un pò piccola pur essendoci tutto.

La petite chambre sous les toits, l'accueil passé minuit sans souci (code donné par téléphone, clé à l'accueil avec petit mot de bienvenue) 4 étages sans ascenceur avec les valises à minuit après un long voyage ... c'est dur ! 1 seule serviette de bain pour 2 personnes ....

J'ai aimé la proximité de la Cannebière et du port. Le petit déj avec les fruits frais. La gentillesse du personnel. J'aurais aimé plus de calme entre les chambres et par rapport à la rue ; un ascenseur ; une tv un peu plus grande étant donné la taille de la chambre.

Chambre en piteuse état sauf les sanitaires au moment de payer par deux fois l'on a essaye de m arnaquer sur le prix de la chambre( booking.com réservation) une deuxième fois sur la taxe de séjour. Pas très agréable de devoir faire remarquer que la personne se trompe. Désole je ne comprends pas cette volonté farouche de vouloir gratter des centimes d'euros ce qui laisse pour votre établissement une image de difficultés financières qu'une amabilité toute professionnelle,ne lave pas et met booking .com pour un soldeur de chambre.

Sa situation géographique (proche du centre-ville et du vieux port) Le manque d'un parking privé. Les infos liés au parking vinci erronées (le prix est de 10 € par jour et 10 € par nuit, soit 20 € au lieu de 10 € annoncés). Il n'a pas été précisé que les chambres étaient obligatoirement au 4è étage sans ascenseur. Nous avons dû ajouter un supplément de 20 € par nuit pour être au premier étage.
