The location, close to some really nice hiking area's. Breaksfast was good, staff very friendly. If you were not early enough for breakfast, all the good things were gone (Like the croissants).

We got a super price deal thru booking.com. Very friendly staff. Superb location next to the lake, we had no lake-view from our room, but hey...what do you expect for such a low price. EXCELLENT breakfast!

The location and views are stunning. The manager Slyvain is outstanding and so very helpful. I was thrilled to stay here and will stay there again as soon as possible. Great location for the moiuntains. I was so pleasently surprised!!! absolutely nothing - a wonderful stay

Location close to major town but in a smaller village with easy access to many facilities & other activities. Fantastic views and outlook Quiet spacious room Private parking Shower facilities in room Older building require some additional maintenance/ upgrade but didn't detract from pleasant stay

Excellent location, friendly staff, excellent value for the location when we stayed in October, we only booked one night an ended up staying for three. Would definitely look at staying again. Wifi only in the restaurant and lobby, but that's being a bit picky.

A lovely location with lake views. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were copious and to a high standard. Less than 15 minutes drive from Annecy. Good value for money compared to neighbouring hotels. The hotel is a bit tatty and lacks noise insulation.

Had a good view of the lake. I thought the bedroom was very basic for the price charged. Room was small and there wasn't even a fan in the bedroom so could be quite stifling during hot Summer months. There were very few facilites in this hotel. The breakfast was the same every day - thought the French would have more imagination.

the evening meal was very nice on the terrace Do not stay at this hotel ! It is a dump and a rip off !! The most I have ever paid for somewhere so disgusting. Room shabby and dirty and non inviting, bathroom just awful, bath so narrow I could not stand up to shower properly. This hotel is NOT suitable for disabled people as there are lots of steps everywhere.Whole hotel needs a renovation and some decent decor. Would never return !!!

Excellent location with beautiful view of the lake on one side and the mountains on the other side. Large green garden and private beach are big plus. Fantastic breakfast buffet until 10.30 hrs every day and good dinner menu. Fantastic terras overlooking the lake. Room we had was in the Tournette, not the main building but building behind it. Design of the room was hopelessly outdated and the bed was awful. Also a dumpy smell. Not what we expected for a 150 EUR a night...

The staff we were very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was magnificent. Food in the restaurant was very good and good value.The boat trip around the lake to Annecy was well worth doing. The immediate area was very quiet, particularly at night.

Our room was comfortable in the second floor, the room a balcony and we had a lovely view of Lac Annecy. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The staff is friendly and willing to assist, Wifi was not available in the room only in the lobby or the internet room. There is a small Refrigerator in the room.
