    the bed was comfortable, air conditioning in room good and the hotel was in the centre of town.

    No reception desk, no hairdryer, no curtains, no towels until I asked, just a sheet on the bed, guests coming in and making noise at dawn. The room was very shabby.

    The hotel location was amazing but the hotel was old and needs alot of renovation.

    I wish I had this hotel so I can do what it takes to make it a beautiful boutique hotel.

    Nice view, good location, good price

    Furniture is very old, some staff is incompetent: we've been asked book a taxi to airport, but instead of we've got a transfer, which cost 150 Euro! Instead of 80 Euro for taxi!

    Excellent location and great view from our room. Manager Lorenzo and other staff was very kind and friendly.

    The hotel need definetely renovation. If renovated, the prices could be very very high.

    Lorenzo and Linda were really kind and let me change my booking I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in cannes it's very good value and excellent staff Thank you bleu rivage!!

    no tea or coffee machine in the room.The shower cubicle was too small (my husband and I are very slim and still couldn't shower properly ,kept banging elbows on the walls)The wardrobe door fell off as we slid it and fell on my husbands foot. The glass shelf was loose and came away in the shower room. The glass holders where the glass tumblers where in the shower room where chipped and so sharp. not 24 hr reception as stated, we use to go looking for a person even on check out. This is not a 3 star hotel , more like 2 star. The rooms looked good in the pictures on the web site ,but so..so....basic , could do with a paint and bed linen not that clean. ALL IN ALL WOULD NOT EVER STAY AGAIN.

    This place is right on the croissette with it's neighbour being one of the most expensive hotels in Cannes (Intercontinental 'The Carlton') We booked an ocean view room for probably a quarter of the price as our neighbours. It is probably one of the few 3 star accommodation left on the promenade with ocean view access. A bargain in my opinion.

    Close to Exibiton Hall, 5 mins to walk. Cafe and restaurants near, close to the shopping area district.

    No fridge in the room. No curtains only jaluzi on the windows.

    We liked everything about the hotel, room was big and comfortable bed, we had sea view fantastic room great value for money. Flexible for late check out. We had great stay and already booked for our next trip to Cannes in November.

    location and view

    Filthy. Stains on the floor, stains on the bedding, poorly cleaned rooms, lightbulbs missing or burned out, electrical issues that would be easy fire hazards, disconnected power sockets, etc.

    I loved the location. The bed was comfy. Bathroom basic with a blocked sink and a leak under the bidet. Charming manager.

    The bathroom. The noise from the bar below until 4.30am! (I specifically asked for a quiet room). The room was clearly in the process of a repaint but I think they ran out of paint

    Location was perfect and so was the view + rooms are not as small as they look in the picture (at least ours wasn't)

    Old room, old building, etc. but in all honesty you get exactly what you pay for (given the location), + if it is a short trip it is totally worth it

    Only the location,,,

    The place was a tip, fusti damp smell, air conditioning not working properly,bathroom were discussing taps hanging off I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, I feel ashamed in admiring my family have stayed there ,

    The location is great

    Horrible smell in the room, like they poured a perfume bottle on the carpet(to cover another smell), towels smelled like vinegar, a lot of lightbulbs were out, paid 120 euros for a closet with the door behind a bar who had parties up until 6 am(was supposed to close at 1am). When checking in I had to wait 15 min because no one was at the reception. Plus I had to pay more for the hotel than was stated on booking.com Horrible hotel!!

    While I was paying with my credit card, it didn't work so I had to use it three times and the receptionist said that it didn't work, so I paid cash an amount of Euro 101 for the room, but now I see that it is withdrawn also on my credit card the same amount. Please do see to it that that amount is reimbursed to me. I had used my daughters credit card, so please do put the money back to the credit card again. I can send the receipts if you need them as a proof. Other than that my grand daughter and I had a great stay at your hotel. Best wishes
