The staff were very friendly and always helped with everything. We loved staying their and will stay again and great location when in paris.

Great, friendly and helpful staff :) Staff helped with maps, getting to the airport directions or any kind of question. Pleasant amd romantic environment, quiet place, various breakfast :) Wifi and hairdryer for free ;)

No moisture collection system in the bathroom - therefore wet walls and floor after having shower ;(

It was an interesting, unique hotel - the antithesis of big corporate hotels. It was in a great location for discovering the Left Bank/Montparnasse area on a quiet road but very well connected to a choice of Metro/RER stations. The staff were very friendly and clearly cared about their guests.

The safe in the room was a little small (could not fit a laptop in).

Everything was perfect, 10 out of 10, especially in Paris where it's so hard to find decent affordable hotels!! Reception staff extremely helpful and nice.

The owner or manager spoke to us rather badly because of various issues with our booking through booking and not directly through their website, and also for having a pet... He must have been in a bad mood! Anyhow, stay was extremely good apart from that.

I guess the only thing positive is the value for the money...in Paris, not too far from the center, about as cheap as you can get for a decent hotel...

We arrived with 2 small dogs since we made our reservation knowing they were allowed in the hotel, and as soon as my wife entered, one of the staff, maybe the owner immediately told her dogs are not allowed! My wife explained to him that the booking said it was ok, but then he said, it was only one dog per room...luckily we were a group and had 2 other rooms so we informed him of this and he simply accepted it very rudely...very bad beginning for a trip and won't ever recommend this hotel because of this man....

Great bed--very comfortable mattress. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are quite dated. The bathroom wasn't as clean as i would have liked.

The staff were so lovely. Really madeus feel welcome. Room was clean and everything we needed - not massive but that's Paris. Bed was really comfy

The staff was speaking in really good English. They was helpfull, showed us how to travel by Paris metro, which station is the closest to the best attractions, when we was late to Eiffel Tower visit they called taxi for us. The room was amazing , clean and prepared with high standard. On the bed was laying rose for Valentine's Day. We've got a clean towels, soaps shampoos and plastic cups. The bed was comfortable, Clean and prepared as I would wish. We had phone, tv, Heaters in room and bathroom. We're strongly reccomnd this hotel!

Room is big enough and shower is nice. Position in Paris is excellent

Wc is too high and room is directly connected with outward that means in winter cold arriving from the door

The hotel was in the centre of Montparnasse and close to the Metro.

No fan in bathroom.

person at reception was gone when I returned at night so I could not get in and had to wait 20 min outside the hotel for him to return....not nice!

This hotel is far from a perfect, still I have no complaints simply because it is so charming and cute. I'm not picky, to me the most important is that the accommodation is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. There I found all of this and I was very pleased. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Paris, Montparnasee. Right next to the hotel, there are restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bakeries so you don't have to take breakfast if you don't want it. Breakfast costs 10 eur. I took it because it was convenient to me. Breakfast was average. The hotel is located next to two metro stations Gaîté, line 13, and Denfert-Rochereau, from where two lines, 4 and 6, connect this part of Paris with all the most famous sights in the city. Nice! Cute!

Good location, relaxed atmosphere.

No lift, small room , any wardrobe in the room; bed less than 1 m. to the bathroom door. Heathing without thermostat. Credit card machine out of work.

We asked for a triple room and it was a good size taking into consideration the european hotel rooms we have been usually in , specially in paris. Room is well renovated , matresses are not hard , and the bathroom is good. IT is just next to a nice street full of restaurants and was convinient for us. Wifi was fast For a two start hotel it was better then several three stars we stayed in

Probably that it didnt have a ahir dryer as my wife needed to do her hair

Location was great if arriving from Orly airport (airport bus to Denfert-Rochereau station, about 10 minutes walk from hotel), and also relatively easy if departing from Gare du Nord train station. (RER train from Denfert-Rochereau all the way to Gare du Nord). Clean, basic, functional, relatively modern hotel room, perfect for a place to crash at the end of a day of hard sightseeing.

cleanliness in bathroom!!!! not well prepared staff ! no lift ! and up to a 3 floor with a stair with all step of diferent height !! a real danger with luggage !!

Lack of English - the services available were only available in French. Cleaning was irregular and sporadic!
