The air con didn't work My bed sheets not changed
Proximity to Metro, cafes and shops. Most of the staff was nice. Rooms were fair price and relatively clean. Felt safe on streets at night.
We booked 2 rooms and the 2nd room had mold and water dripping from ceiling in the bathroom. They told us repair man was on holidays!
Most of all I liked hospitality of the staff members. The lady at the reception was incredibly nice and kind, we were in touch by email even before arrival and she helped a lot. She was always friendly and smiley, and made us feel very welcome. I also liked the location, there are few metro stations nearby and perfect location for those who needs Gare Montparnasse.
A room was a bit small and dark but it didn't matter that much as we were there only to sleep. Good value for money.
location and staff. no lifts for those who need them, but we found it suited us perfectly
Close to nice bakery shops, wineries and several small restaurants. Nice room, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. Very nice yard with plants. It is possible to reach by bus from centre.
There was a hammer noise on the Monday morning from 8a.m. In general, clean room, however, bathroom had some mould and some distant parts obviously not cleaned properly. Using shower was a bit cumbersome as sometimes it was very hot, sometimes very cold. A bit strange lighting in the room (faint reddish...). Feels like it is not meant for sleeping... The hotel is a bit of a walk form the tube station, though it can be easily reached at night by bus, but still you have to walk for 15min or so.
I like the hotel itself
The room seemed to be a little run down, some of the ceiling could've been re-done and then in the middle of the night you could hear the water leaking through the bathroom & the main closet area. I would've preferred there to be an elevator in the hotel as well as a peep hole in the door.
The great poster decorated in the room.
far from the metro and train station. The toilet is too high and not comfortable
Room is too small,no a/c,noisy
The wifi was great, the location was about a 10 min walk from the metro, the staff was nice (and patient if you don't speak much French) and the A/C worked great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
The shower was a little small
Room on the ground floor with the window in an inner courtyard of passage, without air conditioning. Little cleaning. Staff unkind.
Cool interior design, good position near to brasserie and restaurants and quite near to the metro station (10 min on foot)
Our room was really small.
The location was ideal. Close to a cafes & metro but in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff.
Very helpful receptionists & very close to the metro!
Service & cleanliness
Price of a single night
Location was great! It was easy to get to. Used the trains and metro. There is a market with good food just a block away. Benjamin, on evening staff, was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little pricey but I could drink the whole pot of coffee!! It was clean and comfortable.
It was a little pricey, the morning staff was nice but not very outgoing and friendly like Benjamin. I've not stayed in Paris before so I don't have anything to compare it to. We picked it because of the location.
the bed was ok.
no lift to the third floor, the railings of the stairs were very loose, very dangerous situation. The lid on the toilet had a huge hole in it. The make up mirror was broken Overall the hotel showed many defects and deferred maintenance. Price way too high for the service.
Good hotel with a small patio, all rooms are on the galleries around the patio, which is very nice.
Location, rue dagurre
This is the 2nd time we stayed, last year we stayed for 10days. The cosmetique of the facilities seemed to be deteriorating, it no longer has the fresh look. planning to return to Paris in December, doubt we will rebook this place
Vert helpfull and pleasant staff, very good localization, close to 2 lines of metro and train from airport, daguerria street is very nice to eat and food shopping
No refrigarator in room, small room and shower, no elevator, only mobile airco
Location was good and quiet, the Staff was very friendly, the room was small but clean.
There was not a closet or a wardrobe to hang your clothes and this caused discomfort.
Very caring staff, privacy ensured, nice location, high comfort.
a cupboard in the room was needed!
Location really good for metro rer and main line for Eiffel Tower. Bars, restaurants and shops really close by. Two supermarkets really close by and the noise was so little you wouldn't have noticed that they were close by.
6:30am the rubbish lorry woke us up two mornings. Some fixture and fittings where missing or for example the plug socket would fall out the wall if unplugged.
It's location was in walking distance to public transportation, (bus's and trains) and walking distance to shuttle bus's to the airport. Lots of grocery and restaurants near by. Overall a very good location, for me!
The breakfast was fair at best. They had a espresso machine that wasn't very easy and left you wanting. also there wasn't very much to choose from. For the money they need to offer more. Another thing the room was clean but a little small, the shower was very small for a big person. Not much they can do about that. Also a little pricey, $657 for three nights. I do realize this was Paris but with the other things I mentioned it should have been a little better. I would use it again but without breakfast included. Bon voyage!
The location was great. Very close to a metro shop. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as shopping.
The property is a bit older and could use a facelift. The windows were not very soundproof and the street noise was a bit annoying. Very small shower and the toilet was falling off the wall and propped up wit a wooden box.
If you are unlucky and got assigned the wheelchair-friendly room on the ground floor like myself, make sure you use a towel to block the bottom of the bathroom door before taking a shower, or your whole room will get flooded. Genius design, isn't it.
