Location although a bit noisy from 0630ish
Smelly drains, no plug in bathroom. Many light bulbs missing. No English or American channels on TV
Price and location near the train stations
The entrance has a huge staircase and no lift. There is an elevator from the lobby to the rooms fortunately.
location near railway station and centre town
Very difficult to find, street numbers not consecutive. Stairs to carry bags up to 1st floor, lift tiny only for 2 bags and 1 person at a squeeze. Doors, walls, skirting damaged, some makeshift repairs. Shower design caused water to go onto floor causing wood to go rotten at bottom.
Staff very helpful under difficult conditions, one young man did speak English. But we just needed a bed so made the best of it.
Room was dark. unable to read in bed. Very noisy with other guests arriving very late with no consideration of other people trying to sleep,
Best location near Gare du Flandres; your personal key; anytime opened to enter; clean
Nobody speaks English; some strange smell in the room #4; not the best look on the roofs in the window
people was kind The bed was good enough The price is really good. The Internet connection was strong and relatively fast.
There is a big stairs before the elevator. nobody speak English The room was small and noisy The corridor was dark and narrow There is no lobby There was a hole in the bathroom door and the lock was not work.
Ideal location. Walking distance to all attractions.
Flight of steps up to Reception.

noisy when showers are taken in the building
It was close to ammenities.
The room, the food, the condition of the room, the lack of parking, the lack of lighting, the size of the lift, not much good to say about it sorry.
Location was great close to train station. The room lacked basic comforts. The bathroom had been re-tiled and showed some potential of what can been achieved with time and money.
No toilet paper on arrival, pillows were awful, many light bulbs didn't work. Noisy neighbours. The stairs were very steep and some of stair rails holding the carpet were broken. Lift was very tiny so not good if you had big luggage. Many of the hallway lights didn't work either making moving around the hotel difficult. The local rating of the hotel was no star, on the door of the hotel was 1 star, booking.com may have had 2 star. This was not a 1or 2 star hotel we would not stay here again
