Perfect location Friendly staff Size of room + bathroom = clean and spacious Very, very, very noisy (you can hear all other guests, doors slamming and cleaners talking and smoking in the morning while they do the rooms cleaning). Attention: check out is at 10am!

Only the location This is not a 3star hotel. It is a hospice. The toilet is with no door. The price wasn't the same as it was booked.

Great location, easy parking but needed to pay meter which was only €8 for the day. Small rooms but perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to city centre and restaurants, champagne houses. Internet did not work in our room on level 5 and worked only half the time in other parts of hotel. Breakfast not worth €5 as only bread rolls and tea/coffee.

The owner was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for visiting the city sights, shopping, and dining. The room needed to be vacuummed and we had no maid service during our two night stay. The walls and ceiling are thin and you hear people in the hall and their room doors opening and closing.

The Hotel was situated within walking distance from the centre and cathederal. We were met by another resident at the door as the owner was busy playing poker in the backroom, when he came out he was dirty and smelt very dirty like his clothing had not been washed for a signifiant period of time. Immeidatley alarm bells in the head start to ring. We had driven for 17 hours and I decided we needed to stay despite first appearances. He wouldnt accept our cards and insisted on cash up front, so we trundled off to look for a cash machine. On return he eagerly gave us our room key in exchange for cash. We continued up the stairs, dank, dark and smelly, at the top of each floor in the think corridors was oan old worn out chair in the corners, reminded me very much of an old 70s movie or old Starsky and Hutch scene when the police enter a brothel as the seat is perect for a pimp to sit and take payment. The room itself was disgusting, as you entered the stench of filth was similar to the stench that comes from my outside dustbin at home after ive collected the days worth of dog excrement and its been in the sun. The shower was filthy, and looked like it had not been cleaned for several months, as desperate for a rest and shower that we were, i would not have washed my dogs under that shower, you could see the bacteria walking about or were they insects? The bed was dirty, the linen had seen its sell by date, i lifted the top sheet and blanket to inspect the sheets and immediatley put them back, my partner said 'i am NOT sleeping in that' we sat and pondered about our earlier conversation with the owner who had convinced us that street parking outside the hotel would be safer for our car (full of prize goodies in the boot) than the recommended public carpark up the road under CCTV.. Did he see an opportunity to steal?

Location-very close to the "centre" parking easy. I didn't like Reims. I wouldn't recommend Reims to anyone to visit unless you are visiting family and friends. If you are of any skin colour other than "white" give it a miss. We got fed up of being refered to as "Americans"

The owner was very friendly and helpful he dropped me at the train station at the end of my stay and assisted with recommendations of things to do. His English was good which always helps On arrival the outside of the hotel was covered in plastic and scaffolding this was a bit off putting and having the painters around in the morning and during the day it made it a bit noisy and lack of privacy. Rooms could do with a bit of an update and didn't serve meals everyday

It was centrally located, about a 5 minute walk to the centre. The internet connection was slow and limited. There was no hairdryer or soap available in the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre for the price: glass of store bought orange juice, choice of coffee or tea, basket of untoasted bread & croissants with jam & butter for 5€

Very relaxed and friendly owner. Brilliant, central location. Somewhat basic accommodation for a 'hotel'. No service (nobody even on site) after about 7 pm. But OK if you don't mind!!
