The concierge or owner made sure a room was cleaned quickly so that I could check in early since I had arrived Via the red eye from DC! Rooms are small, but cozy and the hotel is quiet and clean. Interesting neighborhood, beautiful park!
Good staff . Can communicate in English . Quite helpful. Room is clean. The surrounding environment is quite nice and feel safe around.
Lift is tiny. max 3 ppl . A bit far from metro stations around 10 mins walk. Room is a bit small.
Close to the station Rooms were ok
Lift was Tiny, Narrow stairs, House keeping made a load of noise in the morning, def not a place for sleep in. over 6 ks from city center. which is a bit out for my liking and not many options to eat in the area. only 5 mins by train tho
Location Low price
Small room Just one electrical plug in the room Noise from the elevator system No luggage storage with a closed door Just one towel Water did not evacuate properly from the shower Clerk asking for un ID card for check-in!
The wonderful place around the hotel. Staff and breakfast.
Very cold in the room. High price for breakfast.
Very close to the metro, were able to travel in and out of the center of Paris quickly. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The internet worked great and the staff were very friendly. Lovely hotel.
The shower seemed to have a mold growing in it.
Staff were friendly and polite
We were not given the correct room for the first night. Were given a smaller room and asked to move to the booked room on next day. Still charged same. Wi-Fi was not working the first night. We needed it to plan our program. Staff told us it will be corrected the next day but it took 2 days to rectify.
Situated next to a lovely park. Easy access to train to airport. Very good price for Paris. Room size is enough. 4kms from the centre but the price takes that into account and you can easily get to anywhere that you want to. If you enjoy walking this is a great spot.
location staff cleanliness
rooms, toilet/shower - small
location was ok and a metro ride away from sites. Rooms were tidy.
Shower was quite small and the staff didnt speck much english.
The price, the surroundings, brightly lit rooms. Staff nice. Close to tram station, that takes you to metro and RER station.
not directly close to metro; shower too cramped. To reach opera would take about half an hour; metro changes mostly imperative.
Small bedroom and bathroom
Location, clean rooms
Small rooms, expensive breakfast
Nice room on the top floor. Good wiew. Modern design.
Very very very small elevator. No English speeking persons in the reception.
This place is doesn't have a air conditioning ans it was extremely hot at night. The windows were old fashion windows that open inward and we couldn't keep it open because of our privacy and safety reasons at nights. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and the eoom was so smaller than what I saw ib the picture. This hotel should Not count as a 3 sfar hotel because it doesn't meet the standard
Very clean and organized hotel. The staff is very friendly and location is really good. You can reach the city center hy metro in 20 minutes.
The perfect quietness of the place: I was able to sleep with an open window without any noise save for bird songs and a lonely helicopter in the morning ... Also, the neighbourhood is quite charming and the Parc Monsouris a very pleasant place for a stroll ...
The hotel is reasonavly confortable ... but I rarely saw a drabier sader room ...
Very good location, nice staff.
Very small size of the room, length of the bed.
6th floor has good view of the city. Metro/Tram stations are in walking distance.
Lift should have been more spacious.
The hotel is located in the City center close to RER station and Tram station. One can easily reach the center or any other place using local transport.
excellent location for what we had planned for the weekend, very clean
we booked a superior room but this referred to shower not bed!
