We loved the location, it could not have been more perfect. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but seemed to be a work in progress, nevertheless, a home from home experience, nothing more, nothing less. It did what it said on the tin. I would return without hesitation. The breakfast is excellent value for money.
just a few small niggles, Wi Fi was intermittent and there appeared to be be incomplete electrical work, but this did not prevent us enjoying our stay.
The bed were so comfie and the rooms was spotless. Location was great also staff very helpful
That we were unable to make a cup of Tea in room and to have Breakfast in Hotel was a very small area to eat only 1 long table so we never order any breakfast always went out for something to eat
Easy access to subway and eifel tower. Nice quite suburb of Paris but good access to trains and access to tour bus at eifel tower. Hotel was relaxed and quite and good access to local patisseries, supermarket and cafés
No major faults but no kettle in room , I couldn't make a cup of tea in the morning , I had to ask for cup of hot water and milk , I brought my own tea bags and cup and these where also not available in the rooms, no mini fridge , im6 ft but my feet hung over the edge of the bed and the maids only left 2 face towels on my 1 st night .
The location, near supermarket, Eiffel, asian restaurants (India, Chinese, Japanese).
The wifi was dissconnected. The staffs could be better.
Lovely, well decorated and very clean hotel. Centrally located close to the Eiffel tower cafes restaurants and other destinations. The service is great and the staff is nice and helpful
The room size and the tiny elevator.
Excellent location, friendly (but helpless) staff.
Just love the location. Clean and staff do such an awesome job. Even if the small elevator needed some getting used to. Still was a great experience.
Room was too small, lift was very small andwould be scary for many people. Did not rate good reviews. Owner needs to be more friendlyto guests.
-Location - staff
- lift only holds one person (difficult if you are in the 5th floor with a child) - door knob loose, shower head not working, refrigerator not cold, cupboard door loose - excessive price for overall quality and considering breakfast costs extra
It is near to Eiffel tower and metro station (Ecole Militaire).
Lift is very small and wifi connection is very weak.
- Perfect location, 3 mins walk from Eiffel Tower and Metro Ecole Militaire - French owner very helpful and communicative - Rooms compact but comfortable with all necessities - Free luggage storage - Safe area for solo travellers
- Very poor wifi
clean, great location
tiny lift, poor wifi, weird food & drink policy
Easy walk to Eiffel tower Great cafes and restaurants around the corner Friendly helpful staff Comfortable and clean room
Tiny elevator - typical of older buildings meant easier to walk the 6 flights to my room - bit of a pain if you forgot something though! WIFI was patchy
Very close to the Eiffle and Employees were very polite.
Wifi was very weak and could only get a good signal in the lobby
Small rooms-typical of Parisian hotels though, no real hotel facilities
noisy in the morning, can hear everything, even walking on the stairs.
Great location, good beds, room size enough for short stays.
Wifi does not work good!
LOCATION WAS GR8!... VERY GD STAFF,LOVELY GREETING,EVERY SHOP YOU COULD NEED PLUS RESTUARANTS.
SMALLEST LIFT EVER & SIX FLOORS!!!
The location of the hotel is perfect! It takes just few minutes to the Eiffel tower. The metro station is next to the hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked even the elevator, it was very funny:)) I really enjoyed my time.
The location - great for the Tower, the Metro and for some reasonably priced eateries (for Paris!) Highly recommended and would use again.
Rooms could be better sound-proofed but are typical of an older style property with character.
Location and staff
A/C was not operating and temperatures were high for Paris
Clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly helpful staff.
Cramped hallways and one person elevator.
Service and location
The location is great. Right around the corner to the Eiffel tower and the metro. Couple of great restaurants there too. The staff were nice, well mannered and very helpful. Bit of a shame that the rooms themselves were a let down.
The room was cramped, dark, not very clean. Didn't get cleaned the next day either. It was noisy, you could hear people walking around upstairs and in the corridor. A rather annoying buzz kicked in every few minutes and wasn't very conducive for sleeping. We asked for an iron but none was available. For the price paid, we really expected better than a budget hotel. You're better off going for something cheaper instead. You're not likely to miss out on anything this hotel has to offer.
Owner is wonderfully knowledgeable and provides the best recommendations and accommodations for a Paris visit. Rooms have recently been upgraded and the decor is very beautiful and tasteful.Best breakfast for those who love croissants and french bread. Location is as good as it gets.Reasonable rates
