This 5-star hotel is 650 ft from the famous Opera Garnier and 1700 ft from luxury shopping in Place Vendome. It offers guests free access to a fitness center and a spa with Turkish bath and hot tub.
Score from 394 reviews Very good
Service was good, the room was clean, location wasn't bad
The photos make the place look a lot bigger and better than it actually turned out to be. The spa was very small, the room wasn't very big. The terrace is quite small and the location is quite out of the way if you want to be in a happening area.
Perfect staff at reception
Shoutlle to airport of 90eur???
Definitely will return on occassion of any need to be in that part of Paris. Soundproof rooms were absolutely magnificent and as far as I noticed every room has a balcony.
Minor thing that there was no coffee available on my early departure although I requested for it and staff said that it will be available.
Staff and location.
Breakfast- service was not good and could not get a coffee.
We took one of the suites for a night - complete with roof terrace and hot tub. Fantastic to lie in the tub as Paris night time falls. Staff were excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable
Hotel is a bit out of the way of the centre of Paris. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower though
We liked the superb way the hotel had been renovated and the fact that the renovation was a quality job. we loved being in a neighborhood away from the main tourist centers, but within easy access to the entire city. we loved being able to take our meals in modestly-priced restaurants used by parisiens who live in the area. this marked our best stay in paris for many years of living and visiting france. we very much liked the friendliness of the hotel staff and their ability to accommodate us for an extra night required by our plane being cancelled due to the air france pilot strike.
we cannot think of any negatives to write about hotel.
Very quiet hotel in a good location. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and plenty of metro stations. Most comfortable bed we slept in in Europe and has a pool and sauna which is nice.
Can't think of anything.
Glam shower, very comfy bed, our private wooden outdoor terrace, design carpet. Quality all around.

The staff of Hotel Felicien was very friendly, and all spoke English well. The room was clean, but very small; there was not room to set two suitcases up simultaneously. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really nice. There was a cute little window that you could open in the bedroom but it was in no way a "balcony".
The rooms were very small, the chair was very uncomfortable (but stylish) and the decor won't age well. It was not well located with respect to the metro; the rail does a weird loop at the nearest station and you have to either get off at a farther stop and walk a few extra blocks or take the train all around the loop and then get off. It adds about 20-30 minutes to your trip downtown and it's not at all convenient to using a train to get from the airport. Also, don't expect to come back after a long day of pavement pounding and let off steam in the hot tub. The hot tubs in the hotel are only for the people who purchase the special suites; the picture and description is highly misleading. There is a pool (they call it a spa) downstairs but it is kept very cool and it's a pretty depressing dungeonlike room.
Check-in time 4 pm and check out 12 ! This was first time we have been forced to wait outside as we arrived 2 pm ( all hotels check in at 2)
Excellent suite Romantic Excellent staff Cosy Excellent private balcony
Far from the heart of Paris
We stayed in the suite Room 604 with the private terrace and jacuzzi. The room was STUNNING everything was absolutely immaculate, the bed was HUGE and the bath with the lights was amazing!! The staff were incredibly helpful, the location was perfect - 5 minute walk to the metro, 20 minute stroll along the river to the Eiffel Tower - I cannot wait to come back!
Excellent location. Proximity of shops, restaurants and cafes.
Parking is in another hotel close by.
The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast, whilst expensive, was very nice with good choices and again, helpful staff. The location is in one of the most affluent parts of Paris, with some lovely buildings. Close by restaurants were very good. It's a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and. RER station is nearby if needed.
Great bed & room. Friendly & helpful staff went out of their way to assist / answer questions. Nice room. More or less alone to enjoy the spa facilities (which I realise may no longer be the case in giving this good review). :)
Could have had changing rooms, even if it seems a little of a harsh criticism.
We chose this hotel for a special anniversary so it was important for it to be perfect… and we weren't disappointed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and our room was fantastic, as were the other facilities. It is in a lovely, quiet part of the city but close to a couple of Metro stations so very easy to get around. We had high expectations having read the other reviews, and they were absolutely met, if not exceeded. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
The room was amazing and having our own terrace was perfect. The staff were amazingly helpful with everything and we felt very welcome throughout our whole stay. I would definitely stay here again!
That I couldn't stay longer
The staff were uniformly knowledgable and friendly, no attitude. The entire hotel was outfitted with smart contemporary furnishings, decor and beautiful colour palate. Service was prompt and the location was very quiet, not being on a commercial street.
Nothing comes to mind.
Hotel was clean and stylish
a bit pricy
New, Cleanliness Staff
Price Location (30 minutes walk from tour eifel, they advertise 10-15min.) Strange room architecture, two doors in the entrance, too much black coloured... Spa, swimming pool on the roof only for private use
We liked everything, the price is a bit more than in other places, but I super recommend this hotel. The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast is all good. All receptionist are all very friendly, especially the receptionist Clara. The boy who is also the hotel's bar. The masseuses are very good too, worth it. Very comfortable, and easy access, the hotel hotel is located near several restaurants and tourist locations.
The internet is unfortunately very slow and is therefore almost impossible to connect. Only has access to the terrace of the suite guests. At the time of booking this is not clear, as it has several photos of the terrace, then it is understood that everyone could have access to it. But these negative things are not compared the positive things in qo hotel provides.
Staff were superb - nothing was too much trouble, they booked restaurants, taxis and gave us directions and recommendations. Very good breakfast. Location was not touristy but only 20 mins walk to Eiffel Tower and Batobus, 5 mins to metro.
Colour themes for each floor, pearl rooms were lovely, black rooms were a nightmare, too dark to find belongings, put make up on etc felt gloomy!
Exquisite, beautiful modern style hotel. Staff are really warm and welcoming. Wifi is stable and easy to log on. We ordered room service since we were too tired to dinner outside that night and the food was quite nice.
Really friendly helpful staff. Clean good sized room Amazing bed and an excellent shower
