Located in the 9th district of Paris, just a 15-minute walk from the Montmartre area, Helussi Hôtel offers a free sauna, 24-hour reception and luggage storage.
Score from 46 reviews Wonderful
Great location to Gare du Nord railway. Very clean and quiet inside. Helpful reception staff every time we had a query and pleasant English speaking for Paris.
Very very small room we had, lots of side stepping around the bed, tiny.
The staff here are extremely helpful. Good value for money
Breakfast could be better. Our room was cleaned but the floors was not cleaned.
Close to Gare du Nord but away from the hustle and bustle immediately outside the station. Convenient for transport connections to all parts of Paris Excellent all round - especially the helpfulness of staff.
David, the day receptionist was awesome, polite and very helpful!
Room was not clean! Service was not good!
clean rooms, nice staff, good wife
strange config in some bathrooms (portholes?) location itself (near Gare du nord) is not very nice
Very friendly staff. Good location. Very good value for money.
Noise at night outside in the street
All exellent.very well situated.clean and modern.very nice decor.good staff.
Breakfast need more variety.everyday same.
Friendly and helpful staff Room size Perfect showers
terrible Wi-Fi connection very dusty and dirty curtains
Location, staff, clean
Easy access to transport, plenty of cafés and restaurants close by. We would certainly recommend it to friends.
Very friendly front desk staff, the rooms are new and clean, location of the hotel is excellent only 100m walk from gare du nord station. Good breakfast
A spacious room with a balcony. Exceptional service and wonderful breakfast.
Everything was good.
Reception service was excellent
Breakfast too expensive
The Hotel is located most conveniently just across the road from the station and the Metro. It is a modern obviously new concrete building with good facilities. The aluminum windows keep the enormous street noise around Gare du Nord out of the room - excellent! nearly NOTHING to hear from outside. Relatively spaceous room for Paris. Very clean with a big bathroom. Air condition works well. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast room on the ground floor is large and bright, with separate tables and a beautiful view on the garden terrace. The Breakfast itself is good (bacon&eggs, baguette, jam, sausage, cerials, cake etc etc. - as usual something is always missing...). All in all: an ideal and relaxing place for a Paris trip. Anything missing? only the direct private access to the Metro station...
It's only little things which could be put on the negative side: Wifi does work not in the rooms, only in a limited(!!) area of the lounge, and not at the breakfast tables. Typical for Paris there is not much storage space in wardrobes. The room was sprayed with some strong smelling perfume stuff (lavender?) but they stopped that when we asked for. Missing anaything - only the diect acces to th Metro...
Bathroom size of room
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Bad value for money
internet connection is not stable and not reachable in the room
Brand new hotel ideally located between the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. Small rooms probably designed for business travellers with not much luggage (hanging storage only). Ask for a room on a high floor overlooking the courtyard garden.
Strange feature of a large porthole in the bathroom overlooking the bed.
Just a hop, step & a jump from the North Central Train Station in Paris. You can book the Hop on Hop off bus that has a pickup just around the corner from the Hotel. (Ask the staff for the best bus line to take.) They are friendly and will help you no matter what you throw at them. We highly recommend this quaint Hotel and the cost was well worth what we paid.
The staff members are amazingly helpful. This is a terrific location, close to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. (BTW, the Alsatian restaurant at 25 Rue d'Alsace is good; important information in a rather dicey neighborhood.)
It's not a terrific neighborhood with a sex shop across the street, but we didn't have trouble with the people around. There's a good bakery for breakfast catty-corner from the hotel.
Proximity to Gard du Nord Train Station
That the wifi didn't require a password; that everything was new and clean; that there was a balcony
That it was right next to sex shops and not a very pretty part of town.
Friendly helpful staff at front desk, and we were unexpectedly given an upgrade on arrival to a very quiet room overlooking the courtyard. We will definitely be staying here again as it's so convenient for the Gare du Nord.
There was nothing to criticise
