Just a 5-minute walk from Gare du Nord, Hôtel Le Rocroy is ideally located for Eurostar and TGV arrivals. It features contemporary rooms with free Wi-Fi and a meeting room.

Position and good ambience.
location next to gare nord is excellent. clean and modern and spacious rooms
area around hotel is not nice
Good place (just walk from Gare du Nord less than 5 mins.), friendly staffs, clean room and comfort, good wi-fi
Too much noise from street
Location close to Gare du Nord. Shower.
Not the nicest of areas although to be expected adjacent to a large train station. Quite expensive for a 3-star hotel although to be expected in Paris.
Very helpful staff - while we were waiting in the lounge until departure time, we had already checked out - coffee was offered - very nice touch!
A bit of a hefty charge for breakfast
The pick pockets
They were very accommodating and patient with us non french speaking staff. They were very nice and got us a wine bucket and ice before we realized we had a fridge in the room! The breakfast is a bit overpriced, I wish we would have been able to take advantage of the weekend special it seemed like a better deal. Overall a friendly, modern hotel with a great location if you are traveling by train.
A bit overpriced.
Very convenient for Gare du Nord
Lock broken on room 602
The location. Cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. Friendly personnel.
The hotel stay was nice. It's a little bit of a hike from the major sites but it is very close to the metro/train station. The room was very small but clean and the staff was nice.
The WIFI was horrible. We couldn't get decent service the entire 3-night stay.
Excessive heating. No wi fi in the room.
The helpful, English speaking staff were excellent. The room and amenities were too. Having the Gard Du Nord metro very handy was perfect for us.
The neighborhood itself was a little rougher and less cleanly than most.
- room is new and morden, clean but small (it's normal in Paris though). Bed is comfortable - very close to train/metro station, 3 min walk
-choice of breakfast is very limited and the serving staff doesn't speak/understand English - the shower water sometimes is not hot (i experienced twice: morning and evening) -wifi quality is weak - a bit noisy facing the street
Close proximity to the train station meant we could make the most of our time in Paris, knowing we were just across the road from the Eurostar. Staff we very friendly and the hotel was excellent - beds, bathroom, view, free wifi and computer access. Great all round!
I can't think of anything!
The staff at the reception desk is great, they speak fluently several languages, they were fast, efficient, thorough. One stop of the Central Line within a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
I had reserved a double room with single occupancy. The room I got was spacious for London's standards, but it had 3 beds (a queen one and two single ones) crammed into it, leaving almost no space for everything else. No place to rest the baggage, in particular.
This is an excellent hotel for someone on a short visit to Paris. It is ideally situated between Gare du Nord and Gare l Est. The room was modest in size (typical of Paris), but brilliantly designed, with facilities matching or bettering what can be found in more pretentious hotels. The breakfast was first class. If the hotel maintains its standard we will always stay there during short visits.
We found nothing to criticize
Great location to Gare du Nord railway. Very clean and quiet inside. Helpful reception staff every time we had a query and pleasant English speaking for Paris.
Very very small room we had, lots of side stepping around the bed, tiny.
Hotel Hor is right next to the Gare du Nord and 3 different metro stops, making it extremely convenient. The man at the reception was extremely friendly and gave us recommendations for dinner, helped us out with our travel plans the next day, and even gave us some discount coupons for Galerie Lafayette! The room itself is super clean, comfortable and feels very new.
The surrounding area can be a little sketchy at night, but there are lots of brasseries and restaurants open. There's also a funny little window that lets you see from the room into the bathroom, which wasn't a problem for us but may be strange for people travelling with friends or people they don't know that well.
The staff here are extremely helpful. Good value for money
Breakfast could be better. Our room was cleaned but the floors was not cleaned.
Close to Gare du Nord but away from the hustle and bustle immediately outside the station. Convenient for transport connections to all parts of Paris Excellent all round - especially the helpfulness of staff.
David, the day receptionist was awesome, polite and very helpful!
Room was not clean! Service was not good!
clean rooms, nice staff, good wife
strange config in some bathrooms (portholes?) location itself (near Gare du nord) is not very nice
