Hôtel Léonard de Vinci II

One thing I really like about the hotel is the location, it's so close with the metro (Commerse) and I considered it as a safe place for solo traveler (less crowded area). And it offers so many nearby shops and eateries. The room is cozy, simple, and clean. Most importantly it has very good bath tub. The hotel owner is very good and generous. He understands English very well. And the staff are equally good as well. I have to shorten my stay and the refund came swiftly without any single hassle. I was upgraded to Queen size bed and that is definitely a plus on my stay. Price is very reasonable and considered inexpensive with that kind of room. I appreciate the daily cleaning to my room. My belongings remain untouched everytime I return to my room. Safety and security is very good!

The wi-fi can't reach up to my room (3rd floor). That's the saddest part. The hotel has no lift (elevator), it may be hard for ladies. Though the hotel is up to 3rd floor only. It's not a complain because I was upgraded to 3rd floor and I am happy about it. The TV offers all-french channels. Would be good if there is at least 1 English channel.

Location was only real benefit of this hotel. Cleanliness of linen was good.

Hotel was very tired. Badly in need of makeover. No carpet on stairs, poor furniture in small cramped room, few power points & not even mirror in room.

The location is very convenient. Very close to the Commerce metro station. Almost everyday a market place with cheese, meat, sweets on the sidewalk starting from the Commerce metro station. A toy shop right at the other side of the street. Several convenience stores to buy food, drinks, sanitary items, fruits and vegetables. Hotel bathroom was small but ok. 2 parks nearby where people jog and sit and take their time.

Very old building. Lousy furniture. No elevator. Girls will have quite a difficult time here. For guys it is ok. You might not get hot water everyday. Sometimes it is only warm. And heating. They dont switch on the heating of the building everyday during cold days. Out of 5 days we had 3 days with no heat at all, 1 day quite good, 1 day just a little warm radiators. The first 2 days they were repairing the heating system. The 3rd day the heating was very good. The 4th day it was only warm. The 5th day again no heating.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our wishes. For my wife's birthday they assisted in making it special for us by getting us flowers and a specially reserved table. it is located near the metro commerce and rue commerce a nice shopping and food area it is 15 minutes walk or 5mins metro to the Eiffel tower rooms are clean

bathroom window was not blocked out so we had to improvise when we we were using the shower to gain privacy

Near the center and the shopping street. Very nice owner - one day the Internet was only available in a café, so we gave the cup of wine. Room is clean. You can print the tickets at the reception.

5 mins walk from the metro of Commerce, which is also a street of many clothes shops. Close to the center.

дружеское и вежливое отношение персонала к гостям ,расстояние до эйфелевой башни не большое (15минут)

Wi-fi как указано на сайте (в номерах)не работает,приходилось спускаться в ресторан ,в душевой сломан держатель для душа.

Le calme, proche de tout ce que l'on recherche pour un séjour mi professionnel, mi personnel.

Le mobilier est vraiment vieillot.

Fin placering ved en metro-station. Værelse og badeværelse er ikke af nyeste dato, men det fungerer OK - til prisen.

Tout était tres tres moyen....de plus j'ai demandé a ce que la facture soit directement prélevée avec la carte qui a servie a la réservation. Je n4ai eu aucune réponse a mon mail et notre collaborateur a du avancé les frais

Situation par rapport à différents équipements urbains ; tranquillité générale du quartier.

Insonorisation insuffisante (bruits de tv, de déplacement, du bar) ; prix élevé pour une finition très bon marché ; éléments défecteux (lampe, douche) pourtant faciles à remplacer.

la localisation géographique

C'est un taudit un hotel miteux, le mobilier tombe en ruine (j'ouvre sur un tirroire et il tombe littéralement en morceau). la salle de bain est pourri. la porte est en carton et avec 5 bon centimètre entre le sol et la porte. il y a énormément de bruit c'est comme si on se trouvait dans les cuisine du restaurant au rez de chaussée. j'avais tellement de doute sur l'hygiène que j'ai dormi avec mon manteau parce que je n'ai pas voulu me couvrir avec leur couverture. Tout est tordu et très moche et tout tombe en ruine.
