I loved everything! My room was on the 1st floor, facing the back and above the restaurant. Very quiet. Plenty of hot water and a bathtub/shower. Clean towels and linens every day. I stayed eight glorious days. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. Sela, the owner and restauranteur was a consummate host. His staff was always courteous and helpful. The cook was magnificent. I kissed her hands. The hotel was in a great location as it was central to the Metro station and major bus lines, as well as to services (i.e. Post Office, ATMs, shoe repair, beauty parlors for hair, manicure and/or pedicure). Bars, cafes and restaurants were located nearby and offered outdoor seating for service. The hotel was also within short walking distance of pharmacies, hair product shops and shopping mall. On the day I was supposed to leave, there was a railway strike. I didn't know what to do as I had to wait another day; but I called Sela and he helped me find another room on short notice. When I return to Paris, I will stay at Hotel Leonard 'de Vinci II. They made me feel like family. I was sad to leave. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone for an extended stay. Real people, real food, real concern for your comfort, great location and great value for your money.

    - free wifi - the staff are friendly - the location

    - TV (only french channels) - sorry, but my room was extremly simple and uncomfortably - the price (80 €) was to high for the room

Cosy 3 floor hotel, above a couscous restaurant with same owner. My room was facing the backyard, and was extremely quiet. Didn't hear a single noise. Metro station Commerce very close by, and La Motte Piquet (3 metro lines + busses) within 7 min walk. Numerous bars, cafes + restaurants and shops in this residential but still lively area, without being too crowded. The wifi on 3rd floor was strong and fast. Good shower and bathroom. Good value for money for that kind of room and the location.

The hotel has no lift (I didn't mind, but it could be a problem in case of difficulties to walk up the stairs). On the other hand, it only goes up to 3rd floor.

1 block from metro Slept fine

Dirty bathroom No linens until I requested them Whole place needs remodel terribly, it has been let go for far too long. Lots of road noise and you can hear everything in neighboring rooms.

amplasare, prosoape schimbate zilnic. Location, towels changed daily.

The hotel has no name on the outside, but only advertise is with couscous! There is NO hotel company Leonardo de Vinci! From the exterior walls falling plaster- image of the third world! I was staying on the top floor, which was a bridge turned into a small room. No hair dryer, no hanger for clothes. The beds were old and smelled. Verry used Furniture. In the bathtub could not stand because you were trading with the head cap. Patron cranky he would not change our room.capul de plafon. The window does not close perfectly and does not open fully. It was a makeshift window in the roof! No eurosporst or english chanels, only french canals! STAY OUT OF THIS HOTEL!

Good location, close to the metro station Commerce and bus stop.

Do not accept room in the 3rd floor - narrow and steep stairs (no lift) and bevelled ceiling, uncomfortable chiefly in the bathroom above the tub... And only one coat hanger in the wardrobe.

The shower was broken and had mold. I had to ask for basics (pillow, light bulb, toilet paper), curtain fell down when I closed it. Internet slow/non existent in room. Bathroom curtain small and transparent, facing the street and other's people 's windows. Noisy street and their late night sidewalk cafe below window every night until at least midnight. Then the staff talked until 2 am. No air conditioning - we had to sweat with windows closed and ear plugs to get reasonable quiet. My friends' room faced the couscous cafe's kitchen area and they had banging dishes instead of constant diesel bus and motorcycle noise. The owner guy was not friendly. None of us ( four in group, all adults, two rooms) wanted to deal with them. They even charged me more than 8 euros to use their phone to call my credit card company to pay the bill (free call) but didn't tell me they would until afterwards. All in all, it was horrible.

Location, staff, easy access, restaurant on ground stairs

May be its Europe, but the bathroom was not up to standard, towels were not changed, right on the street noisy.
