Location Views Terrace
No air con No telly Limited wifi access Stuffy room difficult to sleep
You can't beat the location! Everything is within walking distance and the seaview is beautiful.
Staff not very helpful especially if taxi needed and totally clueless regarding restaurants or attractions in the area. No wifi (even in the reception very poor signal) and you can't contact reception from the room (no phone) you have to go up and down every time. Horrible smell in bathrooms!
The Location is great
The staff was inexperienced with running a hotel. The service was very poor. They seemed very confused.
Location was good. Room was clean.
There was no aircond. Balcony with sea view was very small, not nice. Very noisy, heavy traffic right outside. Bathroom smelled bad.
The view if you got a seaview & the location. Very close to the old town which was close to the festival. This would be fine if you were young & want something very budget but i wouldnt stay here again.
Wifi was terrible- didnt work above the 1st floor & we were on the 2nd floor. You had to repeatedly log in all the time. No airconditioning in the rooms & the room smelt dank when we went inside. We had to have the doors open all night & thats only ok on the 2-3rd levels bc the 1st floor their is open/shared balcony so anyone can walk into your room at night or day. Also it was unsafe. At night there is no one on reception & i had to leave my key on the hook in the reception for my partner to return home after me. Twice that night whilst i was asleep i had a stranger enter my room after they took the keys from the unmanned reception- the first time 1am they ran off before actually opening the door because i shouted "hello whose there" - so I put my suitcase there -a bit confused in case they had the wrong key... the second time around 5.00am they turned the key i jumped up and opened the door & screamed at them & snatched they key (my key) & waited for my partner to return. I was just a drunk 20something male & his girlfriend who i recognised from down the hall. When i complained - The staff told me to hide the key in their receprion next time! What is stopping someone to enter my room to harm me or steal from my items? At 5am the last day i needed a taxi to the airport & as we got in after 10pm from dinner there was no phone to use, no number to call, no staff to help. Not very convenient.
Very clean and pretty big room. Clean bathroom and linen.
WiFi is absolutely worthless.
