the bedroom and ensuite. the view from our balcony. the room was very comfortable and clean.

we didn'T eat in the hotel, as we felt the price for breakfast was too much. the same with the restaurant.

Too far away from St Malo Old Town.

The hotel is brand-new, extremely clean and very chic. The staff were very nice and polite. It is directly on the beach and a 15-minute walk to the old part of St-Malo.The bed and the room were very comfortable. Though we did not try them, the hotel offers an extensive line of spas and thalasso-therapy treatments.

The location is good, room was quiet and spacious.

We were offered an upgraded room, to which we replied within an hour or so, only to be told all those rooms were booked.

The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. The rooms are of a very high standard and the satellite TV has lots of English channels.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Wonderful room beautifully decorated, overlooking a stunning view of the sea and beach. At least 6 British TV stations. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Fluffy bathrobes & slippers. Great lighting, big comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioned. Walk in, rain water shower. Fridge/mini bar. All absolutely perfect. Would definitely return and can't praise it too high. Offered complimentary drink on arrival as room not quite ready. All very luxurious,modern, clean and comfortable.

Just being super critical but the bath towels were a bit small and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The main (old town) of St Malo about half a mile walk.

The restaurant was fantastic and the view exceptional. The bar was beautifully decorated and the staff wonderfully helpful. All round great place to stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Overall a fantastic stay at Hotel Le Nouveau. The location is excellent just a short walk to the old town of St Malo, right on the beach, with excellent views over the sea. The staff were excellent, nothing was too difficult or too much trouble and they were very helpful in recommending places to eat and see. The restaurant was just superb, we ended up eating there twice it was so good, proper gourmet food. The room was also very nice, we were facing the away from the sea so a lot cheaper than the rooms facing the sea, however we got the sun on our balcony all day so that was lovely too. Would definately stay here again

A little more pricey than we thought, the bar drinks although lovely were a little expensive we thought.

The service was outstanding, welcoming members of staff. The design and layout of the bedroom were great. Would stay here again.

Food a bit pretentious and rather pricey for a long stay.

We stayed at Saint Malo to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and could not have chosen a better hotel or location.

The parking was a little confusing. It only costs to park in the Hotel's secure underground car-park. There are plenty of free parking spaces available, surrounding the hotel.

The design, decor and cleanliness were all fantastic. Rooms were exceptionally clean and reasonably well equipped. The staff were all English speaking (to an exceptionally high standard), friendly, professional and helpful.

The tea/coffee making facilities were basic- more milk could have been provided, as well as a few more sachets of coffee/tea. TV (UK channels) wasnt always a good signal. One (only one!) slightly surly member of staff at breakfast. Dinner menu was fantastic - but expensive. BUT it is a high quality hotel, so to be expected I guess.

Expensive breakfast not included in the room price. Parking was extra also. It was a bit like the Ryanair pricing model which took away from such a lovely hotel with excellent staff.

I loved this hotel the staff are all really helpful and friendly. The facilities are amazing, spa treatments pool and loved the hamam. Will be returning whenever we can get time and will be recommending it to all..

Covenient for visit to St Malo, Dinard market, Dinan and shopping generally. Good restaurents in the city. Nice walks. Excellent secure car park under the hotel . The bedrooms were excellent. Media and TV well set up. Great bathroom.

The restaurent was excellent for breakfast, good fresh produce nice selection good service. We did not take any other meals because they were too expensive and inclined to be gourmet. This is nice for a special occassion but not every night. Hotel needs a Brasserie menu for casual dining plus a gourmet option.

French staff all freindly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Comfort and quality of accomadtion. Would definatley us again, A*

Complimentary bottled water and biscuits with the tea/coffee making facilties would have been most welcome .
