Convenient to ring road Rooms were cramped and dirty. Had to ask for fresh linen. The building was overdue for redecorating. Staff unsure of procedures and tried to charge for breakfast even when I clearly stated we did not have breakfast. I am surprised that the hotel has three stars

Location is good for expo and conference centre. Tram line currently being finished there so in future it will be easy to get to center of Bordeaux, although bus run there now. Hairs found on bed linen, yuk! Mattress and pillows did not have protectors on them just the sheets and pillow cases which did not appeal to me. Grouting around the bath was stained with mould. Breakfast was poor value at 9 euros!

The night front desk person ( female) provided exceptional service, very patient with us. She made us feel welcomed. Room size wonderful, especially for a three star. big problems with billing upon checkout: charged for 4 breakfasts which were not part of our bookings.com package. Also charged for two nites dinner, even though we paid up in cash to night desk person for one dinner for two the first nite. They corrected bill upon our firm insistence.

Nothing in Particular other than the convenient location. The staff were polite and herlpful I booked a double room. I got a htree bedded room which meant less space for luggage etc. The bathroom was too small and generally the Hotel was not as I expected from the Adverts. Breakfast was reasonable and fairly priced.

Easy access from Bordeaux ringway. Ideal for Congress, exhibition, or travellers, or to take a flight from Bordeaux airport. As usual, these hotel concentration areas (probably 15 hotel chains in the near) look like unpleaseant places to walk around after sunset: by example, forget it about the evening walk around the lake that you have spotted on your arrival...better stay in your room or go by car to Bordeaux downtown!

Location was right on the bus route that joins the tram into town. Easy to get into the old City even though it was a long way out of town. The Bed was terrible!

L'emplacement par rapport à ce que j'avais à faire L'accueil: inexistant,l'insonorisation:idem, la salle de bain: l'interrupteur est au fond et il faut refermer la porte pour y acceder...propreté limite,la télé fait face au placard...un goutte à goutte sur le bord de fenêtre en pvc toute la nuit .

Las camas erán muy confortables, el ambiente muy silencioso, ideal para descansar. El desayuno buffet está muy bien. El personal es muy cercano. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el baño aún peor, no se puede estar a dos. Me parece un poco excesivo el precio del desayuno (9,00€)!

La localisation et la tranquillité pour le week-end. Le prix. Petit déjeuner servi jusque 10h, mais à 9h45, il manquait presque tout concernant l'essentiel (eau pour le thé, pain, ... et croissants, pains aux chocolats, ... hormis les biscottes !!!!). La pauvre employée ne faisant pas face à son obligation de s'occuper de l'accueil et de l'intendance des petits déjeuners.

Hôtel bruyant, impossible de dormir avant minuit et réveil précoce à 3 h du matin (clients bruyants, portes qui claques, revêtement en parquet des chambres très bruyant...), femme de ménage tres bruyante le lendemain matin, un hôtel à choisir si vous ne souhaitez pas fermer l'oeil...

La qualité des équipements (literie, salle de bain, bureau) Le bruit jusque tard la nuit (lié aux autres clients de l'hôtel et au parking). Isolation phonique insuffisante. La décoration inexistante: l'hôtel n'a de Provençal que le nom et les déco sur les vitres.

Un buen hotel a buen precio, no se puede pedir mucho más. La ubicación no estaba nada mal, un poco alejado del centro pero rodeado de hoteles y muy tranquilo Llegamos a las 17:00 y la recepción estaba cerrada hasta las 17:15. Abrió a las 17:20. Por la noche nos tocó una familia que se alojaba en dos habitaciones al lado de la nuestra, y como hacían vida en el pasillo hasta las 12 de la noche y a partir de las 8 de la mañana, si hubiésemos querido dormir más no hubiésemos podido
