Bed ;) Generally, the room and bathroom were quite ok and well suited but they seem somehow larger on photos (wink, wink) :)
Breakfast ;) Come on... eggs and ham everyday? :) It doesn't change my general opinion, this is a great place.
Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely well decorated and designed. cant fault.
Location Location Location! decoration bathrooms full Rain Shower Bed super quite
WiFi (this is the number one complaint) No Bar
Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and beautifully presented hotel.
Receptionist was incredibly helpful and lovely. Beautifully decorated. funky and unique and v close to transport links.
Rooms were small - but that was as described. breakfast was not available v early if had to leave before 6.15am.
Location and staff great. Room at the back of the hotel was very quiet and we slept very well. Subway right next door. In a busy/lively area but for us that was fine.
Nice decor and cleanliness, a friendly staff who put a flower in our room upon knowing it was our 20th anniversary, a nice touch! Friendly staff! Nice Hotel, great location to Mulon Rogue and PAUL bakery baguet, and Wine and cheese stores for your trip to well anywhere....
More transportation options to get tourists to and from airport or help in tourist information as far as hop on hop off tours and so forth. But for what they knew personally they did the staff did the best they could
One entrance door followed by a corridor and a desk. That is it. 4-Star! No Public Areas. One lift, big enough for two persons or three small persons with no cases. Cramped room even though it was rated'superior'. Claims on Booking.com to have Car Parking 'nearby' but nearest is about 1km away.
very clean lovely room fantastic shower super location friendly staff
Front desk very helpful, our flight home was cancelled and they went above and beyond helping us make necessary calls and comminicate with airline personnel.
The rooms are a bit small but this does add to the charm.
Good but small beds
We had payd extra for a bigger room with city wiev. They gave us a very small room to the back yard. They told us its superior room, but my sister had booked a classic doble room and it was the same size So do not pay ekstra for bigger room in this hotel, its the same as classic doble room anyway.
Excellent location. Great staff.
The hotel standard is really good and frankly I had been expecting less given the opinions I have read about hotels in Paris. Could have not been more wrong. I really loved it and it's on my list of hotels to go to when I am back again. The location is marvellous, just by the Moulin Rouge and across the metro. On another plus side its in Montmartre. Initially I didn't order the breakfast but changed my mind and while you have abundance of other options around I am glad I made the choice. I especially loved the croissants!
The room wasn't big but that's to be expected in Paris and by no means I would hold it against the hotel.
I have stayed in this hotel for twice and every time I feel very friendly and warm. All the staffs are patience and kind, even considering costumer as friends. The location is excellent, room is very clean and confortable.
The location was great ... perfect for getting into Montmartre and on to the metro. Its right by Moulin Rouge so if you want to experience the Parisian nightlife its great and very easy to get around from.
Location, room decor
Room was a bit small, but adds to the charm.
location of the hotel
all is very small, especial rooms, very hard to find hotel, because it's too small and have small and not noticeable sign
It was aesthetically pleasing and was well located.
The shower had insufficient drainage and overflowed so the floor was wet the whole time. Additionally the bed was awfully uncomfortable and had a plank of wood down the middle. Stayed here for my 21st birthday and was sorely disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The staff was very helpful. The rooms are amazing and the location couldn't be better. The bus and subway stop are across the street. There are bakeries, fresh flowers, cheese, meats, fruit, and eating options within the block.
There is nothing to not like!
we had booked superior double room but we had been allotted a standard double room. There was no kettle, coffe powder, water or tea bags in the room.
Excellent location in a lovely and vibrant area.
Very late cleaning of the room - 5 pm is much too late. The hotel manager is not very service-minded and smiling.
The staffs are really professional and friendly. Room is very clean and has a taste of style. Location is excellent!
The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet (despite World Cup finals in cafes everywhere). The a.c. was cool, the water was hot--and both were plentiful. The staff was invisible but polite. Everything worked perfectly. Extra towels provided on the second day, without me asking. I had a wonderful 3 day/4 night stay. Close to two major north-south Metro lines, and one east-west one: so easy to get around. This price point is more than I would usually pay, so this was a bit of a splurge, but worth it.
I would have liked to have had a kettle and coffee/tea in the room, as well as the breakfast option. I didn't eat breakfast in--at the price for the room, I believe breakfast should be included (and there was a nice little cafe just up the street with a delicious coffee/orange juice/croissant breakfast for 5euros only). But even simply having the possibility of a hot drink in the room when I returned after a long day would have made everything perfect.
The decor, staff and overall vibe.
Would've liked provision to make tea or coffee, a balcony or somewhere to 'breathe'.
location for visiting moulin rouge
cramped rooms. very basic breakfast buffet in tiny dining room. Staff very offhandish
