Great location - walking distance to Le Marais and Cite, and 2 min walk to the metro. Surprisingly good sleep! The staff were friendly and helpful - they lent me a corkscrew and pair of scissors when needed.
The bathroom had a clear door, which for friends was a bit awkward. It also didn't drain properly.
The hotel staff team is very nice. They helped me a lot on my own problems. The room is equipped with comfortable bed, TV, and also bathroom with a hair dryer. The room is clean. There is no problem with wifi access. The location is very close to metro stations, bus-stops and also two train stations.
-no elevator (However, that was not a big problem for me although i stayed on the fifth floor.)
The staff was súper friendly. It helps that the hotel is new, therefore the shower, bathroom are in Optimus conditions. The staff cleans your bed sheets daily or wi one day interval. It is walking distance from a metro station. And two steps from a carrefour city supermarket.
Our room was very hot. Since Paris is mostly cold, I guess the administration has not taken into consideration the hot temperatures of summer.
Convenient location, clean, free WiFi that works, enough room for a family of four.
Steep steps (no elevator), no clear signage outside when looking for the hotel.
The staff was very accomodating. When the taxis were called to take us to the airport, the staff waited outside with us to insure we caught the correct cab and that the cabbie received the right instructions. The rooms were big and clean.
the location was ok. It was a good walk to the historical sites.
Wc door No sound-proof
Cleanliness, value for money, pretty good wi-fi connection.
Our window was on a busy street side. The window itself was well isolated, but the problem - it is quite hot in summer with the closed window, so you have to open it. The solution was found - earplugs! And it went very well. As for the staircase - it is very narrow, so be aware and don't take a big suitcase! you can be stuck in.
Narrow staircase up to the room. No lift.
clean, good isolation from noises (busy street) spacious coffee+tea available in the room staff very helpful very convenient location (gare du nord, gare de l'est, metro station)
would have been perfect with a breakfast.
Nice staff & Clean room.
The stairs are really awkward and dangerous, the step outside your room on the stairs dangerous too, if your on the fifth floor it's a pain.
Clean, no carpets
Scrupulously clean and reasonably priced for Paris.
There was no lift and I was on the 5th floor (6th in US). Stairs were dangerously narrow and winding. Very little help offered with luggage. Not at all suitable for any traveler who is not young and very fit. Rooms are very small and not very soundproof. It was terribly hot--no a/c and not even a fan.
Good location - very close to metro station; Room was very clean; Good staff (although did not speak English very well); Shop & various restaurants very close to the hotel;
Narrow stairs that could be difficult to manage if you have more luggage
The location was vary bad. Families with small children should avoid this location
Excellent location for Gare du Nord and central Paris. Great value for money. Very clean and free (if slow) wifi.
The staff who was in charge during the day time responded well.
we were given 3rd floor and there was no lift and the heating system was active when the sun is hitting us with 30 degrees, i requested to turn it off but they couldn't. Wifi wasnt available in the late night...after my multiple requests it was turned on in the morning.
There is no lift available and no Wi-Fi
At 80€ in centre of Paris the rooms are basic, functional, clean and everything in good working order Staff are friendly and accommodating
Nô elevator The immediate area of the hotel is dirty and unappealing but gets better as you move south to the centre : Hôtel de Ville ,Pompidou centre etc
Close but not as close as other reviews suggest to Gare du Nordelph - 15 min walk
Location: We both love to walk. Louvre, Seine, Montmartre were easy 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel. Also, close to metro station, supermarkets, close to Gare du Noord. Clean room to rest after a long day of exploring and walking Paris.
Wi-fi: low bandwidth and possibility to use it only in one device for one login. I first used it in my mobile phone and couldn't used it in laptop anymore.
Great location, great staff and very clean rooms
No lift could cause problems with guests who have mobility issues
Location, cleanliness, modern bathroom
Hot room - no air con. No safe but it's a basic hotel!
For Paris not bad, but major sound isolation problems, you will hear every door opening and closing.
