The Hotel was difficult to find as no sign outside. The reception was not ready. The wifi didn't work at first. Too expensive for what was offered..
Good location right on top of the metro, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants on the door step.
You get everything that you pay for. A bed and a bathroom.
Having never spoken French, it was tough that the concierge spoke zero English.
The hotel was difficult to find. It was under renovation so it was dusty walking in. The bathroom didn't have separate shower/ tub/ shower curtain. You just stood on the floor and water splashed everywhere. Only 1 mirror located in bathroom.
location and staff (both day and night0
weak wifi,bathroom door and equipment
- Clean - Renovated, looks modern - Amenities like soap, shower-gel, towels provided - Close to the train station
- Not all staff speaks english - Noise insulation is quite poor - You need to ask WI-FI password for every individual device you want to connect
Location, location & location. Decent facilities in the room.
No lift. So, beware if burdened with luggage.
closeness to station (metro and train) cleanliness
Room all in length, practically smaller than the number of m2 could let thing Photos over optimistic.
Staircase is narrow, steep. Kind of dangerous
Cleanliness of bathrooms. Comfortable mattress but a bit on the hard side.
First room had a very noisy vent and so I asked for a second room. Second room was silent BUT it had a terrible (and dangerous) sewage gas smell. So I could not sleep. Finally, third room was smallish, had a noisy vent/fan again, but I managed to sleep with ear tampons.
Location, value for money, wifi, clean.
Stairs.. Stairs.. Stairs..
The price was ok. Only
This location is quite far to walk to main attractions. The location is run down and a bit seedy at night time. I would'nt recommend a solo female traveller at night time. Now with the hotel The room was very small, the toilet is between the wash basin and shower, very tight. If you are above average size you will only squeeze in. There is no elevator and the steps on the stairs are for a child not an adult foot. Quite dangerous if you are carrying luggage
we felt as if we were at home.Good location, helpfull stuff, clean and silent hotel
Too smaal to share a room
I like this place very much!
The location was good.
Could here next door easily. Crying baby next door was like she was in my room.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ok...close to subway and republique...a 30 min walk to notre dame...area around hotel very sketchy but never felt unsafe.
The stairs to the reception and up to my room were dangerous carrying a suitcase...opened windows at night only to smell smoke...sometimes came in from somewhere else...sketchy area...
Hair dryer in bathroom.
The receptionist dosnt speak any other language but french , no elevator facility when our rooms were given at 5th floor , the stairs were very small, luggage got stuck. Difficult to climb and get down from stairs as the steps were very small , chances of slipping were high. The room was very small , head kept on hitting the roof on one side of the room, no temperature control were shivering in the middle of night. Room located in City's red light district , lots of shady charterers around.
Close to the Main Train Stations, and that's the only plus point.
Noisy neighborhood. Very dingy hotel and location. Very tiny rooms and bed, the double bed can barely accommodate 2 people.
Great location, clean room, friendly landlord
The bathroom had a semi-transparent door, which made going to the toilet an awkward experience. Also, there is only a showerhead and no shower base or curtain, so everything gets wet in the bathroom if you have a shower. The walls are wafer-thin, so you hear practically everything that happens in the neighbouring room.
- Dirty, hears everywhere - On the main street, extremely noisy - No proper curtain, I had the banner light of the bar in front into the room - Stairs extremely dangerous : so small that I am pretty sure they are not according to regulation
The room was clean and the bed was o.k. Also the bathroom was clean and looked recently renovated. Wifi on the room and the guys at the reception were helpful with anything requested. A modern supermarket was situated next to the hotel and Metro connection around the corner.
The room and bathroom were very small. No elevator and a very tight stairway. The sleeping/living room behind the glass was called "reception", this looked like a mess. Also in the area of the hotel was kind of "freaky", lots of prostitution and strange guys hanging around at night.
Hotel was very central, everything easy reach , Rooms very clean, everything perfect!
Wifi very poor signal on the 3rd floor. To many stairs to climb
Location. Room and toilet size is really big for Paris. Modern room and toilet. Hairdryer. Good wifi signal. Friendly staffs. Soundproof rooms.
The stairs are narrower than narrow. They really need to improve the entrance and signage to the hotel. It gives the hotel a bad look when the rooms are really nice.
