The location was good.
Could here next door easily. Crying baby next door was like she was in my room.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ok...close to subway and republique...a 30 min walk to notre dame...area around hotel very sketchy but never felt unsafe.
The stairs to the reception and up to my room were dangerous carrying a suitcase...opened windows at night only to smell smoke...sometimes came in from somewhere else...sketchy area...
Hair dryer in bathroom.
The receptionist dosnt speak any other language but french , no elevator facility when our rooms were given at 5th floor , the stairs were very small, luggage got stuck. Difficult to climb and get down from stairs as the steps were very small , chances of slipping were high. The room was very small , head kept on hitting the roof on one side of the room, no temperature control were shivering in the middle of night. Room located in City's red light district , lots of shady charterers around.
Close to the Main Train Stations, and that's the only plus point.
Noisy neighborhood. Very dingy hotel and location. Very tiny rooms and bed, the double bed can barely accommodate 2 people.
Great location, clean room, friendly landlord
The bathroom had a semi-transparent door, which made going to the toilet an awkward experience. Also, there is only a showerhead and no shower base or curtain, so everything gets wet in the bathroom if you have a shower. The walls are wafer-thin, so you hear practically everything that happens in the neighbouring room.
- Dirty, hears everywhere - On the main street, extremely noisy - No proper curtain, I had the banner light of the bar in front into the room - Stairs extremely dangerous : so small that I am pretty sure they are not according to regulation
The room was clean and the bed was o.k. Also the bathroom was clean and looked recently renovated. Wifi on the room and the guys at the reception were helpful with anything requested. A modern supermarket was situated next to the hotel and Metro connection around the corner.
The room and bathroom were very small. No elevator and a very tight stairway. The sleeping/living room behind the glass was called "reception", this looked like a mess. Also in the area of the hotel was kind of "freaky", lots of prostitution and strange guys hanging around at night.
Hotel was very central, everything easy reach , Rooms very clean, everything perfect!
Wifi very poor signal on the 3rd floor. To many stairs to climb
Location. Room and toilet size is really big for Paris. Modern room and toilet. Hairdryer. Good wifi signal. Friendly staffs. Soundproof rooms.
The stairs are narrower than narrow. They really need to improve the entrance and signage to the hotel. It gives the hotel a bad look when the rooms are really nice.
We liked the fact that there were staff at reception 24 hours who checked that people were residents. We checked out at 10 AM and the staff allowed us to leave our bags at no extra cost till late afternoon.
Quite a bit of street noise,
Very close to the metro, supermarket nearby
Very small room
Reception is very good, and near to subway and supermarket.
A lot of thieves near the subway station, you need take care your cellphone and package.
Great location - walking distance to Le Marais and Cite, and 2 min walk to the metro. Surprisingly good sleep! The staff were friendly and helpful - they lent me a corkscrew and pair of scissors when needed.
The bathroom had a clear door, which for friends was a bit awkward. It also didn't drain properly.
The hotel staff team is very nice. They helped me a lot on my own problems. The room is equipped with comfortable bed, TV, and also bathroom with a hair dryer. The room is clean. There is no problem with wifi access. The location is very close to metro stations, bus-stops and also two train stations.
-no elevator (However, that was not a big problem for me although i stayed on the fifth floor.)
The staff was súper friendly. It helps that the hotel is new, therefore the shower, bathroom are in Optimus conditions. The staff cleans your bed sheets daily or wi one day interval. It is walking distance from a metro station. And two steps from a carrefour city supermarket.
Our room was very hot. Since Paris is mostly cold, I guess the administration has not taken into consideration the hot temperatures of summer.
Convenient location, clean, free WiFi that works, enough room for a family of four.
Steep steps (no elevator), no clear signage outside when looking for the hotel.
The staff was very accomodating. When the taxis were called to take us to the airport, the staff waited outside with us to insure we caught the correct cab and that the cabbie received the right instructions. The rooms were big and clean.
the location was ok. It was a good walk to the historical sites.
Wc door No sound-proof
Cleanliness, value for money, pretty good wi-fi connection.
Our window was on a busy street side. The window itself was well isolated, but the problem - it is quite hot in summer with the closed window, so you have to open it. The solution was found - earplugs! And it went very well. As for the staircase - it is very narrow, so be aware and don't take a big suitcase! you can be stuck in.
Narrow staircase up to the room. No lift.
clean, good isolation from noises (busy street) spacious coffee+tea available in the room staff very helpful very convenient location (gare du nord, gare de l'est, metro station)
would have been perfect with a breakfast.
Nice staff & Clean room.
The stairs are really awkward and dangerous, the step outside your room on the stairs dangerous too, if your on the fifth floor it's a pain.
