Score from 500 reviews Good
The hotel was located in an area well serviced by the Metro, RER Trains and buses. It was easy to visit Versailles and Disneyland by local train. It was also easy to get around Paris by Metro. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and refurbished not long ago. Lots of restaurants nearby.
It was a bit difficult getting into the shower.
Friendly, efficient staff Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom Great location
Baked goods at breakfast were disappointing Thin walls on 5th floor meant I heard conversations etc after midnight from room next door - had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep Wifi didn't work very well on 5th floor
Great position close to Trains and Busses and excellent shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a goid size for Paris
Breakfast was ordinary but only 7€ so couldn't really complain.
Accessibility - good central location
Air conditioning was not working in my room.
Only stayed 1 night en route to Normandy. Hotel is close to metro stop and very close to St Lazare Rail station. Was given a large room at the front of the hotel. Very comfy bed and large bathroom. A kettle and cups were provided on request. Did not have breakfast due to having to leave early to catch a train.
We have a very big room and the staff is very nice
the room has some smell, but dont know where it is from. and the facilities of bathroom looks old and need to be maintained.
All the staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The breakfast was also very good and the location excellent for our purposes.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location
First impression was probably it looked a bit tired but the comfort element made this a non issue.
Everything was fine. Facilities are really good and the breakfast (7 euro) was excellent.
The only minor disappointment was a lack of sockets in the room.
Very near to the metro station, Available restaurants, cafe and supermarket for all food and drink needs
Hotel is a bit old
Tiny rooms Poor upkeep
Very comfortable bed. Allowed us to check in early.Moce bathroom .
Furniture and rugs were dated.
The Staff is very collaborative and friendly. The room for four persons is very spacious! The location of the hotel was excellent, just two blocks from st.lazare and st.agustine. The breakfast is very nice. There are places to eat nearby, there's also a bus stop very close.
Everything was great!
The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. When I could not print my boarding passes b/c the website was in French & I was unable to convert the site to English, the concierge printed out 4 boarding passes for my family. Additionally, he called a taxi for us & was so committed to making our stay comfortable.
The internet was in French & I could not convert it to English to print my boarding passes. The server in the breakfast bar was not easy to communicate with as she had very limited English.
The hotel was basic but very clean. The staff were lovely and as helpful as could be. The location was good. Walkable to all major attractions.
The only real drawback was the very noisy aircon unit. Woese than the traffic noise
Because of the staff of the Hotel and because of the Hotel in general my visit in Paris was nicer. Thank you Oceanic
staff was incredibly helpful; location to the train and CDG bus was great
older, but really didn't matter. very comfortable.
Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. They all spoke English fluently. The WiFi worked well, it did stop one night but that was not the hotels fault. The bathroom was quite spacious compared to other Paris hotels I have stayed at. The location is right near Saint Lazare station so it is incredibly convenient. There are restaurants within a minutes walk and a Monoprox a few mins down the road.
The door to the room is quite narrow (old style building) and hard to prop open when wheeling luggage through. It can be noisy if you have other guests next door who speak loudly or have children.
Very friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Hotel is near to the metro station. Close to many restaurants and shops.
The fcilities were clean and confortable, location close to metro station, supermarket, restaurants... staff helpfull and polite, good buffet breakfast for the price.
I did not find anything bad at all, we enjoy our stay with comfort.
The hotel is very near to the metro station and shopping mall. We paid for price of three pax but we had a room with three single beds and one queen size bed, which is very big for three girls.
There should be a shower curtain in the bath tub so that the toilet will not get wet after shower.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location, friendly staff, great value for money.
Our party had 2 rooms - a street-side room and one on the 'cours'. The room on the cours was clean and comfortable but very stuffy so we had to open all windows, which helped a bit. If I booked here again, which I would, I would only do so if I could reserve a street-side room.
Convenient to the metro and St Lazare train station; small hotel; attentive staff
Location was great, close to saint Lazare. Staff were lovely, very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Room was large and very comfortable with a huge bathroom, great for Paris standards. We stored our bags here for the rest of the day while we explored Paris.
It's not really a complaint, but something different for me, You had to leave the key behind when you went out.
