Location,staff,meeting hall...

Bad room smell.

This was not my first stay in this hotel and I still like it a lot. One of the best in Paris! A little expensive though :)

Rooms given much smaller than described on booking.com. After a argument was moved to bigger nicer rooms 2 nd day

Minimum room rate is arround +/- 950€ a night, than you have to pay extra for WIFI and water, I don't agree on this.

Location. Shopping convenient. Attractive location can see Eiffel tower Staff were friendly and professional. Alan Ducase restaurant in hotel.

Room not big enough and clutered. Wardrobes should be large enough to cater for placement of an open luggage. Otherwise two open luggage for two within room with lots of shopping really clutters the room. Inability to air the room properly with heavy drapes.

Inconsistance of the service and the type of orders & prices of orders

I had high expactations about my stay in the Plaza. And all these expectations were exceed. During the day, there were always 3 concierges ready to help you in whatever you needed. They got me a last minute table on the Jules Verne Restaurant (on the 2nd floor in the Eiffell Tower), a reservation that I tired in the internet 30 days before and didn't get. Cleanliness of the room was perfect, location was great. If you can afford, you won't regreat. They make worth all you pay

I had brekfast includded in my reservation, but the price (55 euros) per person for the continental breakfast seems a little overpriced. You can eat some signatures breakfast in famous patisseries in Paris for less. That's the only complain I have.

Tudo impecável. Suíte muito ampla e confortável. Bom gosto até nos menores detalhes. Comida excelente.

Tenía altas expectativas con respecto a mi estancia en este hotel y todas fueron ampliamente satisfechas. A pesar de que el precio es elevado, la experiencia vale la pena totalmente. La habitación fué fantástica. El servicio es inmejorable y el trato fué excelente. Vale la pena probar alguno de sus tratamientos en el spa de Dior. Recomiendo totalmente la experiencia y repetiría sin lugar a dudas.

Хорошее местоположение,отличный персонал. Без проблем сделали поздний выезд.

Не обоснованно дорогой завтрак.Платный интернет !!!!!

Консъержи - гордость отеля! Приятные завтраки, восхитительный респшен, дормэны, бэлбои, весь персонал находится там, что бы сделать вас счастливым. Месторасположение, чистота, история.

Еда. Внутри в ресторане и румсервис. Пресно, повар провальный. Соусы, все блюда на один вкус. Есть можно только выпечку и десерты - не лучших друзей фигуры.

サービスが五つ星ホテルの中でも格式のあるホテル思えない。 ・宿泊客の人数の割にスタッフ数が少ないのか、チェックインの際かなり待たされ、さらに部屋に入ってからも- しばらく荷物が運ばれて来なかった。何時間も前にフロントに荷物を預けたので、当然先に部屋に荷物が運ばれ- ているものと期待していたのにそうでなかった上、二度も催促をしなければ運ばれてこなかった。 ・クロークに預けたスーツケースの鍵がついたファスナー部分が壊れており、ホテルの方に問い合わせると、運- ぶ際にボーイがぶつけたのだろうと言われ、代わりのスーツケースを用意されたが納得がいかなかった。 ・帰りの清算時に、無償提供された代わりのスーツケース代が請求されており、ホテル内のコミュニケーション- が行き届いていないと感じた。 尚且つ空港行きのタクシーが遅れていたので清算担当の窓口の方に問い合わせた際、親切でなく対応が良くない- と感じた。 ・期待した程のホスピタリティがなく、がっかりした。

От Института Кристиан Диор осталось только громкое название, Не понравились процедуры, Маникюр делает госпожа Ким просто отвратительно, ( даже не размачивают руки в теплой воде, режут на-сухую) , я возмутилась , так они сразу подарили мне маникюр, но даже бесплатно - это просто возмутительно, что в таком месте такое качество... Вывод- в Европе хороший шопинг и конечно красиво все вокруг, но на красоту эстетическую не стоит тратить ни время, ни деньги!

虽然很好，但还是不值房价所值。
