Very cozy and warm, friendly attentive staff
Shower made the floor unavoidably very wet.
Very pleasant staff.Close to Nord and Est stations. Good value. Leftv luggage facility secure.
Glass bathroom offers nil privacy. Had to ask for kettle.
The location, the room and staff.
Very small room. Bathroom/WC was unacceptable, the see-through glassdoor was facing the room/bed!this is horroble for a young couple in paris! Neighbourhood was sketchy, on 2nd day there war a police raid, there were at least 10 people on the wall.
Very clean, quiet and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. The staff very welcoming and very professional.
It was a rather longer walk from the Gare du Nord than the map and instructions indicated, and arriving after dark it was not that easy to find the hotel: not ideal for a solo woman in that district! Even in the morning, it was a good 10 mins' walk to the station.
They must improve visibility from the street. The name HOTEL LOGO is not visible at all.
The design, excellent bed, ... every thing but the shower ...
The shower, i. e. the absence of door and the bad aim or focus of the rain shower, due to poor maintenance. The latter would be no problem if the shower had a door, avoiding the drowning of the bathroom. A door to the shower would also prevent the T° of the bathroom from dropping so fast. The "alibi" glass door to the bathroom, non isolated, is letting the built up T° escape in thé room ... It is an unfortunate misconception.
Very modern room, free wifi, nice blue mood lighting, comfortable bed, nice modern shower with two different shower heads to choose from! decent tv with two english channels
Whilst conveniently located for a train traveller, there are some seedy looking people in this area and it is a very dirty place in the night time. The nice shower has no divider or curtain so water sprays out, just move your shower head to face the wall direction to avoid,
Staffs are very nice Good location, quite close to Gare du Nord
Poor Staff and response to problems.
The hotel was in perfect location for us as only a 3 minute walk to the Gare Du Nord. We came from St Pancras, London and was only in Paris for Saturday and Sunday so didn't want to waste any more time travelling. A supermarket was just over the road which was handy for us to pick up a couple of pain au chocolat and orange juice instead of spending a small fortune in the cafes surrounding the station.
The toilet door was not very private. The area surrounding smelt a lot of wee and was a little creepy in the evenings (beggers and tramps).
hotel is brand new, room decoration was very nice as well the size for a single room. the staff were really helpful and decent.
location is a bit concern, but it wasn't that big deal for me as i needed something near to Gar Du Nord
Very helpful staff, v close to Gare du Nord station & away from the hustle & bustle from Gare du Nord yet only a 3 mins walk
If you arrive by train at Gare du Nord, the hotel is conveniently located. The staff is very professional and helpful. Great facilities in general.
Although close to Gare du Nord, the hotel is far from all tourist attractions (except for Sacre Coeur church, which is within a walking distance). The breakfast is very pricy (eur 16 per person), but you can manage to find affordable places close to the hotel.
- location 5 min from two train stations - it was very convenient and good value for price as for Paris - very nice staff
- the hotel seems to be a bit understaffed - sometimes there was noone at the reception desk as the same person was responsible for a few tasks
Smart room. Complimentary beverages.
Complimentary Shaving set not available. Check out procedure failed because of IT problems.
The woman at the reception (receptionist) was so rude and treats us in a way as if she was to get rid of us as immediate as possible. Though we understand that she is responsible upon the reservations, rooms, and time itself, her treatments and actions does not have to indicate herself as a "mean" person. Being responsible does not have to indicate the action of being mean in it, so we highly recommend "most" of your staff (it is not only the receptionist) to differentiate the differences in being responsible and being mean. The place is a "hotel", it's a place for foreigners or people from other places, which means that people would have different cultures, different etiquettes, different personalities, and different attitudes. If you were to respect those people as your guests, we highly recommend your staff to understand the things we wrote above. Thank you. - Mattea Seraphim, Lita's Daughter -
Great location for Gare du Nord - Eurostar to London and RER to Charles de Gaulle - easy to get to other places by Metro.
Slow check out - staff needed to be reminded about the details of my booking.com reservation. Paper cups and easily breakable plastic glasses in the room and bathroom.
Location for Gare du Nord train station is excellent. Plenty of eateries close by. Room was a little small, but it had everything including tea/coffee making facilities. Our room also had a fridge. Bathroom excellent. Despite being close to both the Gare du Nord and Gare l'est, the room was quiet.
Could have provided a few more tea bags, coffee and sugar!
Convenient location, number of metro stations nearby to travel to the main attractions of the city Staff were very friendly and helpful Would probably use again
Small hotel with basic amenities, but we had a comfortable stay Ordering foor via room service may be difficult out of hours
Small room(bedroom section no more than 4 mtrs X 4 Mtrs) Internet failed on second day of stay
