Good situation. Métro station already repaired, fully working. View of Eiffel Tower from our room. Everything is new, clean. Excellent isolation from outside, no noise from street. Wifi working perfectly
Some noise from corridors and other rooms (not from street)
Had a very enjoyable 5 day stay. Excellent, friendly staff, super room very clean, quite trendy and a very comfortable bed. The complementary coffee machine in the room was a bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend.
We was stay in this hotel and got best rate! The staff is great, room is great and so comfrotable. Not so far from effifel tower and around the hotel they are many nice restaurant. For sure we will come back again.
Perfectly located right outside the subway. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was just as shown on the internet, quietly located, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The coffee machine a definite bonus. The Eiffel Tower is just a 20 min walk away. A perfect retreat after a busy day of sightseeing!
Having to leave.
Convenient Location, close to Champ du Mars Clean comfortable bed Free wifi
Rooms good enough for one person but fairly small Shower a bit awkward to enter (minor point)
What we enjoy more, were the advices your staff gave us, to visit Paris, especially FIONA, who was a very nice person with us. Thanks for that.
The noise, that the maintenance of the metro were done early in the morning.
Small, but very good rooms. Quiet. Nespresso machine and small (empty) fridge. Wifi actually works.
Shower impossible to enter with a pregnant or fat belly...
Friendly staff, good location, clean and tidy hotel.
Everything regarding this hotel is perfect. Clean, quite, modern, but the most important thing - the stuff. You feel instantly at home and being in the center of attention day and night. Nice breakfast and small garden. A lot of transportation near by.
The hotel is not far from metro station. There are friendly staff, good facilities, quiet and clean rooms. great for staying.
breakfast is not included, you have to pay >.<
Nice room with a very good bed. Loved the free nespresso coffee and lotions. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was good but not much variation
Friendly staff Clean rooms modern finish coffee machine blackout blinds Back garden perfect for relaxing Central location Walking distance to all attractions
Not enough coffee! (busy schedule)
Comfortable bed and clean room, bathroom was cute, although overall the room was small but for just me I really enjoyed it. I had trouble with payment but manager was so helpful and understanding giving me a chance to transfer online, totally great!
The staff was very accommodating. We were looking for a place to eat and the staff made recommendations and reservations. The shower was amazing. The location was also very nice. Right down the street from cafe/restaurants and a 15 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower. The metro is about six minutes away which gives access to the entire city.
FYI: The hair dryer is in a black bag in your closet. The bag information was not explained, which led to a call to reception. A very small distraction to the trip. No big deal. Just providing some info.
Friendly and attentive reception, esp Ghassen. The house keeper Hellene was very welcoming and comforting. All the staff was fabulous, breakfast wad awesome. Just that we needed to take taxi to reach main attractions (e.g. Louvre and city center).
Clean. Nice staff who told me to book through them not booking to get free breakfast. good toiletries. I would say the hotel is in a great location, as it is very convenient to go everywhere by Metro, however, the Metro stn cross the road was closed for renovation, but this is not their fault.
Non except forgot to put towels during the first day stay
Conveniently located in the district with with all the functionally single word named stores: butcher, baker, cafe, cheeseshop, etc easily understood with Google Translate. Old World style elbow room and use of metric system. Friendly, helpful staff able to direct you to places to eat, drink or shop and well aware of price ranges and hours open. I'd pay to see exactly how 6 people can fit in that elevator. We enjoyed our stay despite the rain and recommended this hotel to friends visiting in two months.
Unable to use subway station across the street due to construction apparently on hold so one must arrive and depart by taxi.
The coffee machine was replenished daily. The location of the hotel was in the center of amazing resturants and pharmacies. We recommend the Thai -Lao resturant down the street.
The location is close to so many buses and metro stations that makes it easy to go anywhere in Paris. The staff is welcoming, polite and helpful. The room is very new and clean, the bed is great and the bathroom amenities are the best (from l'Occitane). The Nesprosso machine and the Kusmi tea available complimentary is a remarkable touch. This hotel is a great option for any solo or couple. It feels like a boutique hotel, not pretentious and very cosy.
The shower's door is too big and doesn't allow to enter in easily. Otherwise everything was great!
The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is really good. Room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
Close proximity to the metro and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Lovely staff would stay again!
Friendly staff Clean room Brand new furniture and decor
Room was cleaned daily Staff was friendly
Friendly staff Good facilities
The hotel is clean. The guy who works there is nice. The location is ok.
The room was very small we can barely move but I read that most of the hotels in France are like that. Perhaps you can search for a bigger room in other hotels. There was an issue with this hotel with the money. When I first booked the hotel, they charged my visa with the amount for one night. When I checked in, they should've charged my visa for the second night and that's that but what they did was really uncalled for. They said they unblocked the amount and charged me again when I checked out and also made a mistake and added an extra sixteen euros for breakfast thought we didn't have breakfast at all! When they discovered the mistake they wanted to cancel and charge my visa for the third time! I asked them to just give me the difference in cash but they refused at first and even one employee said "it's just sixteen euros" and I said still it is my right! Anyway at the end they gave me the sixteen euros but it has been around a month now and I still didn't get the unblocked amount of 219 euros.
