Location good lift also help full, very helpful staff ,nice and bright
Rather small room with rather strange shelf above head when in bed, could have been unpleasant if you forgot it.
Close to casino area.
Shower over bath
Good small hotel, not untypical of other small French hotels in the same price bracket. Good location with fairly level access from the station. It's worth pre-printing the route in advance if you plan to walk and don't have internet access.
Room was a more like a motel room. The frosted glass door in the value room that we chose wouldn't be my preference.
Location great,5 mins walk to casino. Lovely area outside to have breakfast or a drink and nice lobby with couch's to relax.
On arrival 1 member of staff was not very helpful and was irritable. Other staff we encountered were much nicer and helpful. Room was really small as was shower.
Triple room had 3 individual beds do didn't have to bunk together which is always a good thing.
On arrival woman behind desk was very rude and very short seemed to be more interested on what was in her computer than me.i had to greet her and was given a finger and told to wait! Staff the next morning where a lot more helpful.
Best bed we had in France. Very helpful staff. Small but very clean.
The air conditioner works well.
The wifi signal is bad so that I can't surf the Internet sometimes. The sanitary condition is not satisfying.
Staff spoke good English, very efficient, modern room, nice view, very quiet, lovely really.
Fridge in the room would have been nice
Nice view, staff, and sleep. Small room but nice. Walking distance to complete Monaco if you are not afraid to walk in slopes.
Everything is expensive in Monaco. Maybe a little slow Wifi.
The distance to Monaco :)
The small size of the room, but for a night or two it is no problem.
very nice hard to fine location parking only public down road would use again
rooms very small
Staff all spoke excellent English. Prepared to be flexible about check in time.
Accommodation was in annexe at back of main hotel. Bathroom was dilapidated, the wardrobe door was broken and the bed worn out.
I am permanently in a wheelchair and the room was so accessible and so was the hotel
It wasn't value for money.
A Short stay, very friendly staff. Brilliant room with a view. less than 8min walk to the centre. Great value for money.
Nothing to add
Handy location very close walk to shops and casino.
It is close to the real destination ie Monaco. Beausileil is just the proxy.
Very tiny room. Up a steep, Steep hill. 250 steps. And a bath stand 2 feet by 18 inches. An average person struggles to have a bath, with faucets poking you. No frills hotel. It is a space to sleep, and exit. Fast.
The A/C, and other facilities
There was no fridge in the room.
On the Hilltop of Monte Carlo. Close to Monte Carlo Cassino and amenities. 10 minutes walk to Gare de Monaco
Convenient for town centre and able to take a 2 euro bus journey to station and get to monaco centre by foot
Lack of English TV channels and English speaking staff on some nights.
Staff tried to be friendly.
I made a special request since it was a very special vacation for me, to have an ocean view, and I was given a room on the second floor, with a 'sneak-peak' of the ocean (there are a total of 3 floors). They could have assigned me a room on the third floor but did not. To add insult to injury, the front desk clerk playfully indicated, "You have an ocean view! There's just a building in front of us blocking the view!!! It was a bit insulting. At least there was a better chance on the 3 floor. Part of the insult was that the clerk added, "You have been upgraded at no extra charge! to the front of the building!" Instead what I breathed in were car engine fumes from the thousand of cars 'zooming' by on the street. I breathed in lots of engine exhaust. Also, the television was difficult to get a channel to watch the news!! Two nights passed before I got someone to turn it on correctly for me.
Location perfect in France but 15 minute walk to Casino square.
Value for money
Friendly staff, nearby cheap parking, good wifi
