Room was freshly decorated with new carpet. Central location in Boulogne. Car parking available at hotel.

Double bed was only standard size. Bistro dinner was very poor, tinned vegetables, stringy steak and fish en pipotte that didn't taste fresh.

Staff are very friendly and the rooms very clean with all amenities you require for your stay Excellent location to explore Boulogne

The third floor balcony room offered excellent views to the port and inwards to the town. The room was clean and tidy and well maintained. There is an excellent bathroom.

The double bed was a very small double bed and appeared smaller than those we glimpsed in rooms which did not have a blacony... Maybe the owners traded a room with a view against comfort. Before booking i read other guests comments and noted the ones about noise in the street below at night...one of those things i thought. However on both Friday and Saturday nights the shouting below awoke us both at Two AM and continued till gone Four AM...Very drunk and screaming twenty ish year olds . Not good for sleeping especially if a long car journey has to be done the next day. Bearing this in mind the Hotel was not at fault. .

Rooms were good, location was great, food was magnificent. Very friendly staff and rooms were clean. Relaxed atmosphere made for a very pleasant stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

Hotel looked quite run-down from the outside but was very well furnished and modern inside. Room was very clean and we had great views from the balcony along the front and across the harbour. Staff were very helpful, though reluctant to speak any English, so travellers with little knowledge of French may struggle.

A little overpriced at 110 Euros a night which did not include breakfast, which was an extra 10 Euros. Quite a long uphill walk to the old town

The restaurant and breakfast where good value.

We arrived on bikes and were charged 9 euros for putting our bikes in the garage. I have stayed in dozens of hotels with my bike. This is the first time I have been charged!

It was in a very good location and had parking facilities. The meal we had was excellent and we would possibly have stayed longer had the weather been more favourable. We would quite happily stay at the hotel again and also recommend it to friends.

Good location and nice rooms for price. Downstairs bar and brasserie provide nice french food at reasonable prices with good service. A laid back place which does what you would expect.

The lack of tea/coffee making equipment, never beeen in an hotel where this was not provided and not encouraged to use your own if you had any.Did,not like in the information book being told you could not use any electrical appliances.Why they had electric,When we checked in the Male Receponist could not be found for at least 4-5 mins.No aplogy when he did turn up, then after been given the card key for room got there, did,nt work, We were given someonelses Card Key and Info Card.All in all not a very good end to our holiday.Glad we were there for 1 night only.Would not go there again and would not recommed it to anyone.
