Avoid this place. Should be called Hell instead of Hellder. The locations is great but this is the only advantage. Noone at the reception spoke english - I was trying to explain for 15 min what hairdryer is (its wasnt in the room). The room was very small and dirty. Air conditioning didnt work and it was extremaly cold. Bathroom small and dirty as well, lots of dust everywhere. Bathroom door was broken. The room spelled terrible - like very old carpet (carpet was stained by the way...). THere are few hotels next door - about 50 euro more expensive but definitely better quality, I was so sad I choose this one.

I was surprised to read many negative comments on this hotel, about smell from the sewage system, bugs in the mattresses, noise, etc. All that is not true. It is a nice small hotel, quite clean and comfortable. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

We've chosen this hotel because of the location. It is close to the the Opéra house the final stop of the Roissy shuttle bus from the cdg airport. The other side that the metro stop of the Opera is 5 min walk from the hotel and it gives you easy access to reach any part of city. You even could walk down to the riverside to see the Louvre or even upper to the Sacre Coeur in the Montmarte district or shopping in the Lafayette shops. Good choice! Location is first and the staff was always very helpful!!! We could leave our luggage in the hotel and pick them up later on on the last day of our staying and it was giving us extra free time in the city.

Location, location, location and the free wireless internet (but very slow) very small room, no insulation (you can hear precisely all what your neighbors are discussing or doing) - price far too expensive for a so cold three stars (120 euros per night)

Только расположение В 7 в воскресенье мы вышли позавтракать. Город пустой.И у нас украли деньги. Машина рванула с места так что мы не успели запомнить номер. Бумажник потом подкинули ко входу в отель. Откуда они знали что мы здесь живём? Один администратор разрешил нам остаться час в номере после 12, пришёл с утра другой и выгнал нас в 12, хотя отель далеко не полный. И клопы... Жуть! Я сам лично поймал одного, 3 дня прошло а я ещё хожу покусанный.

La localización es muy buena al lado de Ópera y cerca de un montón de restaurantes. La verdad el hotel como tal muy sucio, muy rudoso y muy malo no lo recomendaría para nada, no es un 3*, y nada que ver con lo que se ve en las fotografías, por lo menos el piso 6.

Nonostante la struttura necessiti di lavori di rimessa a nuovo ad es. Nei bagni, la biancheria e gli ambienti sono sempre perfettamente puliti L' arredamento potrebbe essere meno scarno e, come ho scritto sopra, soprattutto I bagnl necessiterebbero di ristrutturazione

Bonne situation géographique; accueil très correct. Lit trop petit, 160 cm de large devrait être la norme; la connexion internet pourtant annoncée ne fonctionnait pas, ni au 6ème étage dans notre chambre, ni au rez de chaussée à la réception; malgré cela, l hôtel proposait quand même son poste internet pour 6 euros la demi- heure. Nous aurions apprécié de recevoir une demi-heure gratuite sur place pour compenser l impossibilité d avoir accès à l internet.
